We were just at this branch here (4:30-5PM), and ordered a Willy Wonka ice cream for my kid. The lady at the counter served us a soupy ice cream in a cup. I asked her if is this what its supposed to be, and she said yes because sometimes chocolate melts??♀️ Aren’t Marble slab selling hard ice cream? What would it be like if it’s in a cone?If it weren’t for my kid, I would just return it and walked away, but my kid still liked it the same. I just hope next time you improve your service.

Went at 8:25pm for some icecream on March 17. Lights were off and so was the open sign. Hours read 11am to 9pm. 4 other cars came and were just as puzzled as to why they were closed. I guess they don't want business.

The place is beat up and kinda dirty. Service was ok, the attendant disappeared right after we ordered so it took a while to get extra napkins.

I am horribly disappointed with this experience. The staff member who was on shift, was not happy to greet customers. They actually had 2 of the 3 menu TV screens turned off already at 9:25pm on a Tuesday night. When asked about how much a banana split was as the menus were off, the staff member was so quite, and you could not hear them and had to have them repeat themselves. When I ordered the banana split, she did not even give me my option of selecting my flavors of ice cream. They just started putting the chocolate in the container, I had to ask if I was even allowed to pick anything to my preference. The staff member was clearly unhappy with having to restart, but if I am going to pay for a specialty banana split, I would like the specialty.As it was, she did not give the cherry on top of the ice cream, and was even less happy when I asked for a second spoon as I was sharing this with my partner.The store was dirty, spills on the floor, not cleaned up from who knows how long before and something more recent that my partner accidently stepped in. We walked out of the store with our banana split and she followed us to the door and locked it behind us at 9:40 pm when the store closes at 10:00pm. While sitting in my car outside eating the previous customers went to go in the store to put the garbage in the can and for their child to use the bathroom but could not as the door was not locked. About 5 minutes later while the staff member was in the back of the store a car of customers pulled up and tried the door checking the time and left with kids upset due to the staff member closing early. I will not be returning, and for something that is a premium ice cream experience, it was definitely not worth what I paid today.

I wish I could minus stars. The employee was in rush, treated us like we didn't exist. Refused to give more than two flavour though we offered to pay. Didn't even talk communicated with hands only. The cone was half empty and that too filled with melted ice cream. Over priced for such a bad customer service. Spoiled our lovely evening. I don't recommend at all.

I came to the store in the last 15 minutes before closing and Logan Cay are wonderful employees they helped me and my family in selecting the flavours sizes and style. Everything is awesome. Love the place and people
I just love this place! This is definitely up there as my top 10 ice cream places in all of Winnipeg. Good service + stunning but delicious varieties of ice cream. Better than most other ice cream creameries I’ve been to in the area. I also would 100% recommend strawberry + cheesecake + nestle crunch + brownies! :)

my friends and I called marble slab on sunday night to ask if we could come in right at close to get ice cream, the girl working said that she would absolutely serve us and that it wasn’t a problem. when we arrived there was already a big family in front of us and she greeted us with a smile, i believe we arrived just at close. we were surprised to see that this family was treating this poor worker horribly, matter the fact they were still ordering ice cream past closed. when she was asking polite questions about what ice cream they wanted they replied in very snooty ways even not thanking her. when we finally got our ice cream it was around 10:15 we wanted to sit and eat but we realized it’s the unpolite thing to do because it’s way past close but the family did not want to leave even getting to the point of giving this worker attitude when she asked them politely to finish it up. moral of the story people should have more respect for young workers.

Genuinely one of the best experiences ive had. the staff was so kind and friendly and the food was absolutely great. ive had only positive experiences here and the price was amazing. i recommended this to my friends and family (:

Oh we had a very horrible experience. Waffle cone was stale, crackers were stale. The sales gal was very anxious when we walked in at 9:45 . She had to close at 10:00.Would never visit or suggest any one to go to Regent outlet of Marble Slab Creamery.
