Food is always delicious, but picking up two meals where one is almost double the size of the other but we paid the same price for both is going to make us avoid this location, I ate at Mary Brown's at least once a week at the Osborne one and they tend to keep their proportions the same.***to the below reply.I thought my issue was pretty clear and specific, we had two three piece meals one of them had a drumstick and two big pieces the size of my fist, the other one had a drumstick and two little wings that did not add up to the size of one piece from the other meal, I'm sure if you wait them the chicken in one meal was half as much as the other meal but we paid the same price.

I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks and there’s ants in the south west corner of your store, by the window, both times!!!! You don’t need only to sweep them - up you need to spray and put down traps! I hope the back is much better.

I'd never gone before, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was quite nice! Chicken wasn't dry or anything, no sad looking vegetables or bad bread. Pretty tasty as well. The taters were good, well seasoned. Although, maybe it was because I'd never been there before, but the menu seemed vague. 8/10, Would indeed recommend.

Mary browns is ok. I still prefer chicken delight to Mary browns, however I will say the are slightly cheaper.One thing your company needs to work on is your gravy. In comparison to the majority of your competitors. It is really lackluster.
For some reason, there was no dark meat in the place, so had to get all white. There was a wing in the box, but it was poorly cut and was more like a half wing. The poutine box was only half full.

Usually Mary Browns is my go to restaurant. But I ordered there recently through Skip the Dishes. I ordered two orders of pop ins and two orders of taters. I received 3 orders of pop ins and 1 order of taters. Called the restaurant and they said they can't do anything and to talk to Skip. Contacted Skip and they said there isn't anything they can do about it. So I emailed the company to make a complaint. Today I received a call and Simran called me and argued that she checked the video and saw that the employee put in the correct order and that it must have been the Skip driver that took out an order of taters and put in the extra order of chicken pop ins. Then argued with me that it's ridiculous I'm arguing over an order of taters. She apologized for the experience but did not taken ownership of the mistake. Offered a coupon for an order of taters. I said no thanks and will just contact the company again about my interaction with Simran. This is really sad as I really enjoy Mary Browns.

They need to be checked by health department to ensure they are prepping properly and obeying code. We had a little gathering for Halloween for dinner. Most of my family got sick soon after eating the food. We usually love the chicken but his wasn't a good experience for quite a few people.
