I stop in here almost every morning, for a breakfast sandwich, when I'm working. I wear a recognizable uniform. The restaurant is always busy and crowded, you are going to wait for your order inside while the drive-thru flows and "The Skip Drivers" orders are given priority over yours. I ordered Pineapple chunks and today and paid for them. The lady behind the counter tried to give me Cantaloupe instead. She didn't have any Pineapple despite it being available on the menu. I already waited over 5 minutes for my egg mcmuffin and hashbrown, now I supposed to wait while you refund my $2 for something you don't have....no, it will just be sometime before I enter your restaurant again...oh yeah, the bathrooms are always disgusting, the Esso (20 feet away) is always much, much cleaner, with friendly staff and Tim Hortons Coffee that is always fresh and hot (unlike what you may get at McDonald's)

Food is very low quality and every single time I have ordered from this location there was an issue with my order. Sometimes they forget to add straws or sauce( paid for). Overall I think this place needs better

It’s bad, they only put one cucumber in the burger, the room was not cleaned, and the cashiers tried to cheat for 5 bucks the first and second time!
Very nice service.I ordered sugar free coffee and received a very sweet drink, so I reported it to the staff and they replaced the coffee with sugar-free and syrup-free coffee.No extra charge, of course.
