“Anything with Deluxe in the title should be good. I was rather disappointed by the tiny, shrivelled, half piece of bacon in my bacon deluxe burger. Even more disappointing was the half burnt bun. The chicken however was moist and flavourful, but not sure I would get it again, especially from this location. Everyone else had an enjoyable meal.“

This location is about due for a remodel. So some lower marks for atmosphere. Service was slow which is expected at the peak of lunch.“
“The staff were great today! From the member cleaning the floors, to the very friendly, and accommodating front counter staff. I remember the old McDonald's back in the '80's, it was a bigger place, but the staff today at this one seemed to be much better! Anyhow, the food was hot, and the order was done correctly. The washroom, for the men's, needs to be updated better, the soap dispenser was loose, the door to the washroom needs to have touch-less operation of a sort, and the sink needs cleaning. “They recently renovated the location, the whole play park has been taken out entirely since COVID hit. The whole new make looks very sophisticated, they have 4 of the computer kiosks which in total is 8 as they are back to back. They also made the order line smaller as they are encouraging people to use the kiosks instead of ordering in person. I had just run in to grab a happy meal for my 4 year old. The meal was fine, it's always the same quality. They have an app you can scan at the kiosks and get points for your orders. I never checked out the washrooms.“

The lady at the counter even told me to have a great day and enjoy my food even though she was hustling and the place was busy.Been two more times in the last month because the crew is positive and the food is the hottest McD's in the city. Even heated up some fries in the microwave that were a few hours old and they heated up well; you can tell they're on top of changing out their oil on time.Just came through the drive through for an iced coffee and all the staff was smiling and working hard! Stopping by just to be around some positive people (and to get a caffeine fix).Used to always go to the Narin one when I was in the area, and that one is fine still, but this location has really impressed lately.“

“I’ve never cared for reviews but after a long time I feel this McDonalds deserves it! I always order on skip since we have a large family with little ones. I have a few McDonalds to choose from, but I always go with this one. Why? It just seems like the kindest one. Every order has a free cookie or apple pie in it with a thank you note, :) it really makes me smile.and this has been going on for over a year which is nice. I haven't had any other McDonalds do this. Ontop of happy meals they add free colouring pages and crayons too without me asking. One time they didn't have an item i ordered and instead of having me get my order and being disappointed and getting my timey refund or credit points by skip, the McDonald’s’s sent me my refund in change sealed in my order so i had it instantly PLUS a item without charge that was similar to what I wanted. I just like this McDonalds from the positive experiences I’ve had so far compared tot he others. Good job guys!~“

“For the one inside of Club Regent (for clarity as some have gotten them mixed up): If you're after a McDonald's experience where absolutely no children are allowed and the concept of a Happy Meal is foreign, then the one inside Club Regent here will suit you very well. Arguably out of all of the east side locations, this one does coffees the best. The size of the seating area is respectable, and there are a couple of TVs they have in addition to the ones that the casino has looking out towards the poker room elevator by the horse racing machines.A couple of quirks to note about this one, many times they'll ignore or forget your location preference if you specify that your order is for inside at the register or through the McDonald's app and bag it up anyway, though I get why they may think that since many people bring their orders out into the casino area, which I guess also counts as "inside". I had one time where I had selected table service and it took a crazy long time and then went up and found out that they didn't see it was a table service order and were calling it up bagged that whole time, but they made it right and offered complimentary extras for the inconvenience. The other quirk is pertinent to McDonald's app users, in that if you like doing mobile orders, despite this being a 24-hour location on weekends like the rest of the casino save for a few minutes around 4 AM when the breakfast switch happens, you won't be able to do any mobile orders from here on Sundays as the app claims the location's closed, which is a little weird that it doesn't happen on Saturdays. So if there's some sort of offer that's restricted to mobile orders, you'll be hosed unfortunately.Otherwise, it's a great way to kill time in between bingo sessions.“
