Best sushi i ever had, also has the best workers ever. We came in asking for a menu to get take out, and the staff was so helpful going as far as taking a menu of the wall to show us plater options. The sushi is to notch. I travel for work and this is the best sushi i had so far.

My fiance and I came to Meal Set Bistro for Valentines Day specifically for their oyster night. It’s been a while since we last had oysters and these hit the spot for both of us - they were fresh and was complimented with an amazing sauce (vinegar?). We also ordered their soft shell crab and it was 10/10, good amount of meat per piece with a perfect crisp and the vegetables plus sauce it came with made for the perfect bite!After our appetizers we ordered a few sushi rolls, the lobster roll, torched salmon roll and the crisp salmon aburi. The salmon aburi was my personal favourite and is something I would order again!Service was great but food was a bit slow but that was something we expected on Valentines Day, especially with the crazy amount of DoorDash/Skip orders they were getting. The waiters were always attentive - refilling our glasses, checking up on us and suggesting dishes. Once we paid for our dish they gave us a complimentary rose and it made my whole experience even better! 10/10 ☺️

MEAL SET GO:Really love their pre-made meals! I order them every other week, about 5 at a time. The price is comparable to Hello Fresh, except I don't have to cook the meals. Delivery is always superb, as Kevin keeps in contact and makes sure you're home before popping by so nothing is left out! Food is delicious and good portion sizes.

I was super excited to try this place because of how good their food looks on their IG, unfortunately, their food looks much better on IG than it tastes. Might give it another try in the future, but definitely not anytime soon.Food itself was just average or a complete miss.The good - volcano fries and kode red Bao were good and flavourful. Would recommend these.The bad- salmon taco shells were very stale, definitely were not fresh.- mango prawn batter is not your typical flaky tempura batter. Taste was just okay.The ugly- the 2020 roll. For one of their most expensive rolls on the menu ($20) the display and plating is absolutely atrocious. See the picture below. I actually hesitated to take a picture of it. Also, there was so much rice and so little fish (I wish I took a picture).Nothing special for service - they took our orders, brought our food, no water refills.Otherwise, small little restaurant with tons of parking in the rear. Not sure I would recommend people to go here, but their tapas for 50% off has a little value.
