Kristen was a phenomenal server. She was extremely pleasant and made us all feel welcome. She was very attentive, made sure our beverages were always topped up and made sure the food was good. Kristen noticed the birthday presents and asked who’s celebrating a birthday then offered a birthday dessert on the house and brought it out with a candle. She even helped me use the Mr Mike’s app on my phone to scan the bill and use my points. The food was delicious! We all had an excellent time! Thanks Kristen and Mr Mike’s!

My guest and I went for lunch and were both very pleased with the food and service. I ordered the Kickass chicken salad and my guest had a chicken burger. Large portions and both meals were delicious. Good wine selection.

Our server was wonderful; she was very attentive and checked in just often enough not to be intrusive. Our food was delicious. It was my mother's birthday and she was given a free dessert. Overall excellent experience. Also the rewards program is fantastic!

Kristen the server was phenomenal she made this experience positive and the same goes for the other servers. As a matter of fact nothing beyond this comment is about her. My issue was the so called assistant general manager Andrew. He is absolutely terrible and should not be a manager. The way he greeted my wife and two sons made me rethink of actually ever going back. When we arrived he did not ask if we wanted a table for 4, no he asked if we had reservations because it would be best if we had some for fridays and saturdays. He made us feel very unwelcome as if we were bothering him. He made us feel like we were not even customers like we were there to beg for food. He told us he would "make room" for us but going forward we should always reserve. Keep in mind we got there at 430pm for an early dinner. We thought we were gojng to be waiting but about 15 to 20 percent of the restaurant was seated the rest was empty. I could understand if this was at 6pm and on but to start the 1st experience in this place speaks volumes as we will pass on this restaurant going forward. As a former manager myself i would never treat guests like this ever. Andrew needs to remember no customer no salary. He is a very poor host least to say. We still were seated but were already upset about the start. Your only saving grace was Kristen who is top notch. In my honest opinion her service was manager like but not Andrew. As you can see in the photos attached these were just some of the tables that were open. I did not take a photo of the rest of the restaurant as there were another 6 to 7 tables being used at the time. Only 2 other tables were seated after we were eating and when we left there were only about 4 tables full. As a matter of fact we asked Kristen if we always needed reservations for friday and saturday...she said no thats not true. I would rate this place a 4 in general, the service was a 5, but the host was ZERO. ANDREW you should be retrained or made to stay in the office as you have poor customer service.

Went for a business lunch...from what I can see they only had 3 people on staff. One cook one server/host...and potentially one other staff member that was only visible for 1 minute or so. Needless to say one person lead to incredibly slow service. The food was just average and not so much worth the price. Was actually pretty disappointed because I did hear good things.

It's overpriced for what you get. The service wasn't great until we complained to the server that we were waiting a long time to place another drink order. I can't say that I would go back...it's one of those places that you go to see what the rave is all about, to find out there's nothing special about it.
Emerson was a pleasure to deal with. Always had a smile and great service. My wife's steak was not cooked the way she wanted. They completely remade the order to our satisfaction. Great staff.

Only redeeming feature was the service, the carrots and the girl there on a date dressed like a total hoochie during this winter weather. but got the spinach dip, the chips were super old and stale. The steak had a soapy flavour, I couldnt place to the seasonings that might've been used. My bf essentially part burger, didnt eat half of his, so you know its that bad. We tried this place, as ive never been for my birthday, kinda disappointed.

The steak I received was terrible. It was prepared without any flavouring to give it flavour. It was dry, dry, dry. It was vastly overpriced. To be blunt it was prepared by staff who nothing about meat preparation. Fortunately I was the only one in our group of four who ordered steak. So the others were pleased!!

I've been here twice now and both times the steak has been perfect. Really good food at a good price.! Not the greatest service this time he never asked how our meals went and he brought the bill before he even asked us if we wanted dessert!
