Im not one for putting reviews up but truly disappointed in our meal tonight. Every food item was overcooked and no flavour. We have been ordering from new china kitchen for 15-20yrs and have never had such horrible food. Today we placed our order for pick up, phone service couldnt be had, message indicated not in service so we ordered online. Service was quick but food horrible. Although we order meal with no MSG (didnt happen), which usually means fresh food, none of the items were fresh. Deluxe Wonton soup had no flavour, the BBQ pork was tough and carrots almost raw. No chicken to be had in the sesame chicken...it was all coating and hard as rocks, fried rice was over cooked and must have been reheated a few times, not sure about the ribs...way too tough too eat and again no taste. Deluxe chow mein noodles were overcooked. My pan fried shrimp although over cooked at least had some taste. The only item worth eating was the dry breaded veal. Definitely not worth the money and we will definitely reconsider ordering again anytime soon. If weather was better for driving and we didn't live out of town, we would have brought the food back and requested our money back plus the gas...not happy

I was going to place an order that totaled more than $85.00 before delivery tip, then was told there would be a $.50 charge to pay with a card. Goodbye. Way to spend a dollar to save a nickle.

The picture of the Almond Chicken Ding is totally inaccurate. What you get is chicken with vegetables, not breaded and deep fried with almonds on top like in the picture. Portions are large and generous, staff were friendly, the order was ready for pick up on time, but disappointed we didn't get the Almond chicken we were really hoping for. It would be awesome if you could add the Almond chicken that's pictured on your menu.

I had my meal delivered. Temp wise it was so hot I had to let it cool down, I've never had food delivered that hot, it was great. The Shrimp Cantonese Chow mein was really good. I would have gave 5 stars but the egg roll wasn't very good. I'll definitely order from them again.

I had to wait another 25 minutes from the expected pick-up time from the phone call.. The food just didn't have any flavor to it and the Kung Pao Beef wasn't spicy or barely had any beef vs. the vegetables in the dish. I'd like to try the buffet sometime for a different experience here.

Terrible wonton soup with no flavour. Might as well be hot water, do not get king pao chicken cuz its a watered down glazed dish, beef dish tasted exactly like bland watery Kung Pao chicken dish. Lifeless and never buying from here again.

Food was piping hot upon delivery, on time, service was the absolute friendliest and it all tasted amazing.
My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time and the customer service was really great! Our order was ready on time, everything was packaged very nicely and the food tasted amazing! We will definitely be ordering again and dining in!

I got the sweet n sour shrimp, honey garlic chicken balls, and the beef n mixed veggies. At first glance portions looked good ..but little deceiving as it appears they use excess breading to make the item seem larger ..which also throws off the meat to breading ratio. Items where noticably Inconsistently heated.. weather it be 2 different items of the same dish or in one bite, the meat for the beef n veg had a slimy texture.. I got a great portion of rice but again took a bite and part of it seemed like it was just taken out of the fridge. The flavour in all the dishes was pretty good.To be fair over all wasn't the best but I've had worse. I'm seeing similar reviews and complaints by others so it's obviously an issue. For me personally food temperature is a huge concern, I probably won't order it again. First and last.I would not recommend to a friend.

My family and I had dined-in with New China Kitchen last night and were thrilled by the service we received. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our time at the restaurant was pleasant and our needs met. Honestly, we’d never seen such an upbeat and friendly person, she was incredible - all while busily taking care of what appeared to be everything up front and the onslaught of online orders ringing in. Quite amazing.The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the bill was lower than expected. Lots of value here.Would recommend!

We had softball practice near by and thought to drop in for a meal before hand. It did not disappoint. Server was very attentive and a delight. Service was quick and the food was top notch delicious. I was very very impressed. Don't skip the complimentary consume. Parking on street only available during the week at 6. We parked in back and had no issue. Highly recommend.
