The food was quite good and the portions are large. I would recommend take out over Skip as the prices go way up when you use a delivery app.

This used to be my fave Chinese restaurant but now I’m wondering if this restaurant has changed their chefs or cooks because food quality here has really gone down. Shamefully small portions on some of the meat dishes, and shiny plastic looking rice. Sorry, this is how it looks to meI just ordered my last disappointing meal from North Garden. Everything costs so much money these days. It’s super important to me that my money buys good quality and decent portions.

So we spent $150 - for subpar food. It used to be amazing but I’m not sure what has happened. The lemon chicken was awful - I could have done better with an air fryer and some sauce. Worse yet was the ginger beef - it was like hard strips of leather that you can barely chew through. Not ever going back again - it’s not worth it. BAD!

North garden is one of the most unorganized restaurants out there. You place an order for pick up and it would say it's ready but when you arrive, they tell you it's another 20 mins. Sometimes they would even cancel your order without telling you it's cancelled until you arrive there.

Very poor service from the older lady at the front desk. made my online order, got there but no courtesy to fix my order. allowed a door dasher and diners who came after me to get there orders while I stood waiting. No apologies, nothing. when I asked about my order, she said I should have called instead of making an online order. why not scrap it, if it doesn't work? she ignored me and began speaking Mandarin to a younger girl. very repugnant attitude after I drove there nn the cold. Been coming here since 2015 but it's time to move elsewhere especially as the food don't taste so great, it's just a massive quantity.

Very bad service , phone in order togo She told it 20 mins. We come in and boss lady told us she has not time put the order to the kitchen . We have to wait for 60 minutes. And the soup was very fatty.

I have been coming to this place since my student life. The quality never changed. They are still as good as they were and their hospitality is still as good as it was before. The amount of food they will serve will always make sure you are comfortable and very much happy. This is one of my go to places. I would always rate it a 5 star.

My son and I love authentic Chinese food, we went here on a Friday night-it was quit busy but not crazy. We have been here before and I want to say it looks like there may be new management since the last time we went. We ordered five dishes and two small wonton soups, the dishes started to arrive before the soup (a little weird) but everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend.
