Having not been to Olive Garden in 3 yrs I thought it would be a nice treat for lunch. Front of the house staff were polite, but not friendly. After waiting in the lobby we decided to leave since we felt unwelcome. Was a busy lunch hour but managed to find parking quickly. They have a great parking lot and easy navigate.Parking: Accessible and easy to park.

Usually order for take out at least once every other month. My family, as well as I, enjoy the food. We had ordered take out tonight (April 19, 2024), picked up our order around 9:50 pm and had gotten home at 10:25 pm. Excited to eat as we know the food is very delicious, we had taken the food out of the bag to see what was given. Tonight’s order was very disappointing when coming to find out the serving size of the sirloin steak and fettuccini. Literally looks as though they used someone else’s left over pasta and just added steak with it. Whereas the chicken Alfredo is full.

We were very disappointed.We had 3 different orders, my husband got less than 1/2 plate with plain pasta no sauce at all, and a sirloin well done, but he had asked for medium rare. My order was shrimp Alfredo and it was not ok, no Alfredo sauce, and the shrimp wasn't cooked. Only my daughter didn't complain about her food but she didn't eat it

Came on a Monday evening and they seemed very understaffed. It took almost an hour for just bread sticks to get to the table. The Ravioli Carbonara was good and had a good portion. We barely got checked on by our server to ask if we needed water or drink refills. On top of that, the majority of the bread sticks were burnt and hard to eat. Quite disappointed with this visit.

Service was slow at 130pm, another table was seated next to us approx 10 mins after we were seated (the previous table was still finishing up, billed, left and table cleaned then re seated) and they were served drinks before us...had 2 bowls of soup and salad before bread sticks came. Over all soup was ok salad was good but def not what it used to be.

Greeted by Bria, super friendly but had to run around the restaurant to find us a server.Once Gennica came to serve us, I was ready to order all at once.Two waters, one strawberry passionfruit limonata (which is under the non alcoholic favorites) so as a refill I asked if I could switch it up to a peach-belini iced tea. She told me the first drink was alcoholic so she couldn't do that. I had to point it out to her it was under the non alcoholic drinks. And her response was a flipant .25 percent alcohol and she said "oh you werent drinking" ?♀️ I am pregnant by the way. And havent touched alcohol for the last 4 months, so thanks Gennica! Now I am nervous because I fed my baby alcohol!!We ordered unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks but didn't order the amount we wanted after each serving because Gennica never even offered us water or drink refills and kept disapearing when we wanted to ask for more soup. We had to ask a guy who was clearing tables to bring us more water!Do better Olive Garden, we have never had such poor service and so little effort put on customer service.

We went to the Olive Garden for a Birthday Dinner and were very disappointed. The server had not been there too long but was NOT properly trained. She was very friendly but that was all. We ordered soup and dinner. We emphasized we like our soup hot, not warm. No problem we were told. We waited and waited for the soup & breadsticks and finally someone came from the kitchen with our dinner. We asked where was our soup & breadsticks. Following right behind was our soup. We asked what was going to happen to our dinner while we ate the soup. Both were left on the table. The soup was barely warm so we sent it back. We were told to enjoy our meal and they would bring us hot soup when we finished. Not a very good solution. A couple at the next table with another server came in after us and had their soup and breadsticks and then their dinner before we received ours. The server was too just too friendly and stayed too long with some of the customers. As a result our soup was forgotten and left too long for pickup. We never did get the soup! We have been going to the Olive Garden for years but have noticed a decline in the last few visits. We won't be going back, there are other good restaurants we can spend our money in and enjoy the dining experience.Parking: Parking was an overflow site.
