Unsatisfy experiences at Panda Tea on Pempina. This location has always been our favorite place. We order green tea fresh yakult to take out around 2:45pm and get a weird texture in the drink, we tried to go back to explain that this is never happen before and the lade try to explain is because of bubble frozen. If she just apologized, i could let this pass easily, but she didn't, and i got back my car with same drink and found this little piece of the top of the yakult bottle.

Love their milk tea, whether it is original milk tea or green milk tea. I used to order less ice and sweetness. Then their taro milk tea is awesome too, especially their autumn specials menu, enjoys their drink like a dessert, but it only sell with one size, hopes to get a big cup instead. That girl is incredibly sweet and polite, patiently answering all my questions while I couldn't make up my mind about which drink to choose.Definitely my go-to place.Highly recommend their Passionfruit Green Tea and Caramel Macchiato Slush.
Went there today to pick up my online order. The girl seems to have no patience or knowledge about my questions about my online points at all. She said “to be honest, I have no ideas about how to answer that”. It was then the other staff who was there too, tried to answer my question. The girl who made my order seemed super unprofessional and inpatient. I ordered two drinks to take out, she did not ask me to provide a tray or a bag. I asked for a bag, and she threw me a Fantuan grocery bag. How did she expect me to carry two bubble teas using that bag? And then I kindly asked for the take out clear drink bag, which was right on the table with someone else’s drink. Again she seemed super inpatient and threw me the right bag finally. I have been to Panda tea for years. So far this is the worst experience ever.

We have come here a few times in the past without issue and the bubble tea was great.Unfortunately we came October 1st. Most of family ended up with food poisoning. We had ordered 5 drinks, my wife and oldest son drank theirs and both got very sick later on the evening until the next morning.I thought it might have been something else but I drank mine later that evening and was violently ill in the early hours of the morning.Thankfully our youngest daughter and my son's friend both didn't drink theirs.We will never come back. We did really like the bubble tea in the past but this ruined a couple of days for us now..Around 4pm we ordered.1-Green tea slush1- coffee milk tea2 - Oreo milke tea1- Stawberry milk tea

Really liked this place when I 1st discovered it, but between the EXCESDIVE $7.99 delivery fee & wait time/uncomfortably crowded inside of when p)u my order...i think I'll about & just stick with my new fav place!

Anytime. I'm in Winnipeg. My brother always take me to a bubble tea place and I was bubble tea. Is this thing. This was my first time at panda tea so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm sort of I bubble tea conisieur myself and have my favorite places to visit in my own city of Calgary.I am happy to say that it was worth it!
