As always, the food was delicious and well prepared. Wednesday buck a shuck oysters and charcuterie board is why I like going. It being a popular place to eat, the noise level can sometimes be a little loud but tolerable. The only complaint I've ever had is in the summer, the vagrants can sometimes be bothersome. Overall a great place to dine.
Appetizers were excellent. Ribs and salad. Tourtière was good but not amazing as it has been in the past. Seemed like the recipe has changed. Service was excellent. Our server took care of us without him being intrusive. All in all a very enjoyable evening before going home for a La Grotta Chocolate Sin Birthday Cake ?

Dined without a reservation around 7pm on a Wednesday night. When we arrived it was a busy night because of $1 oysters and a smaller sized restaurant. We waited for a table at the bar top and got one way before the time quote which was a nice surprise. The drinks were booze forward and sophisticated but very tasty, I tried the mike wazowski which was a floral tasting drink as well as the penicillin which had an unusually interesting Smokey after taste.
