We ordered two pizzas and I tracked our order and it said the pizzas were delivered and they were not! I then called and the lady told me they were….mustve been to another condo ? I demanded a refund to my credit card ASAP and she said it would be 3-5 business days! I cannot believe the driver didn’t confirm my name when it was delivered!!!! Very very bad service!! I will NEVER order from there again!!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery on Fri at 4:30 - was given ETA shortly after 5. Despite calling and being reassured that it was 'on the way' - it arrive at 5:50 (nearly 1 1/2 hrs after delivery). Pizza was not hot and had to be heated in the oven. Completed a survey - requesting to be contacted about my experience - and have not been contacted.

Ordered pizza and I was not pleased with what I received. It arrived and I immediately noticed something was off after a few slices. Pizza was undercooked. We called in, and they spieled to us about footage of it being cooked in the 6 minutes it was suppose to. And then instead of giving options of any refund, gave us 2 choices.1. Have the three pizzas remade and we would receive it in 2 hours because they only have 1 driver and it’s busy. ( a total of 3 hours of waiting to receive edible food)2. Give us a 1 pizza credit for 3 of my pizzas that were undercooked (wow great value).I am very displeased, and this service is inexcusable ; especially when you pay $72. This is what you receive?In the picture, that isn’t cheese on the left side of the pizza; it’s the dough. Order pizza elsewhere and avoid the potential E. coli illness.

Delicious pizza with natural flavours, no other restaurant can beat this taste.Toppings are just mind blowing, whenever I see their pizzas, my mouth waters..The most quick service I had ever received and the staff treats in such a polite and friendly manner that you feel like a family here.
Order was not complete. Took at least 30 minutes to get what was missing. Very little toppings. Really unfortunate.They have a good tasting crust. Not going to order from this location again.

I ordered a canadian pizza which was almost inedible, although they tried to make it right by sending out a replacement which I had to pay a $5.00 delivery charge for, the pizza was as bad as the first and I would not of paid $5.00 for it.

The mozza sticks were overcooked so they didn't have cheese in them anymore. My gluten-free pizza was cooked correctly on the top but is raw on the bottom, it came on a metal pan and I used to work at a different restaurant that had the same metal pans you're supposed to take them off before you put the pizza in the oven. They forgot to cut it except for right down the middle. The staff were nice but I'm really disappointed in the food.
