The soups had no flavor, the ginger beef was soggy/not crispy with zero flavor. Last time I ordered it wasnt this bad. Food was also cold and very overpriced. Ended up returning the food. Will never order from here ever again!

I ordered delivery, they made a mistake on the price but phoned me back to say they had. I said no problem, thanks. When the order came they had doubled the shrimp and tripled the lemon chicken. What a pleasant surprise and nice thing to do! The food was amazing as always. Best Chinese food! Thank you Plaza!
Very disappointed in all the dishes we ordered. Very bland and tasteless. Have ordered from Plaza a number of times over the years and it's always been very good which is why I recommended it to my friends. I don't know what the problem was last night. A new cook maybe?? The 3 of us were all disappointed and we spent almost $70.00!

My first choice if I am in 'Peg for Chinese food or if the "hungries" overtake me I will motor in from Selkirk. I am trying to get through all of the menu on visits (3 favs and two unkown territory) and have been disappointed only once on an "unknown". If you like Chinese cuisine then this place should be your next stop.Vegetarian options: I do not know who their supplier is but the veggies are fresh, great quality and the color is awesome. Makes for great presentation as well on a lot of the dishes.Parking: Union which is a side street off of Watt.

Hadn't been to the Plaza in a number of years, very happy we opted to go there. The restaurant was quiet, lots of seating and clean. Could accommodate large gatherings. Great menu options. The food was awesome, staff friendly. I recommend this restaurant for Chinese food dining.

The place is 150metres from where I’m staying so there really isn’t any reason why I shouldn’t try the place, it seems to do steady business although primarily Caucasian clientele as the menu does cater to more Western tastes than traditional Chinese, that being said my food was fresh and tasty there does seem to be some mistakes on the menu as what I thought I was ordering was actually completely different than what I received regardless everything was quite palatable and I enjoyed my meal. The menu is very simple but straight forward it’s completely in English although I wish that there was a Chinese English menu so there are no misunderstandings about what people are ordering. The place is very clean and basic no garish decorations or furniture just a simple traditional diner type atmosphere, the place is family owned and operated and everyone participates to get he meals out to you as quickly as possible. Lots of street parking and a parking lot beside the restaurant if you don’t want to park on the streetVegetarian options: Lots of good vegetarian options here especially if you love tofu! Lots of great tofu dishes available

Plaza has been my favorite for years, but in the last little while it's become even better (how is that even possible)?! It's been so good that we've ordered twice in the last week! and the new online ordering is so convenient! The first time I dined in and was underwhelmed ; the service wasn’t great, portions were small, atmosphere was not nice. Tried them again but for takeout and everything was better! Large portions, and my order was ready for pickup quickly. I think they might prioritize takeout orders? I would order from here again, but for takeout only.
