Rudest people who work here.. no understanding of how customer service works. If i were the owner I’d make changes to my staff. The lady just stared at me like i was interrupting something important, carried on with her conversation, what the hell is wrong with you.. no one cares about your tax problems.. You wouldn't need to file taxes if you worked elsewhere because you’d most likely be jobless by now.Your pretzels old, tough, and uneatable. Threw it in the garbage.. waste of $5 something.I also tried Mr Pretzel and also placed an order there, just out of curiousity. The difference is heaven and hell, night and day is not enough. These employees are actually deserving of the money they make. They actually welcome their customers, stopping what they are doing with a friendly greeting and prompt service..Pretzelmaker must be some kind of front or immigration scam to be open this long and leaving the handling of their store to such messed up, mannerless people. I would skip this place and just buy bag of bread for the same price. Tbh.. mr pretzel didn’t taste that good either, fresher, but lacking something.

Very rude customer service. I was working today at sunglass hut hudson bay, due to how busy it is because of bay day sales i craved something sweet and i was very hungry. One of the filipino ladies joked with me about how she wants to put me on a diet so instead of 1 dozen cookies she will put half instead. I got very annoyed but instead of fighting back i was just so hungry and paid and then left. VERY RUDE.

Order a parmesan pretzel and it had the lightest sprinkle of cheese on top from a shaker bottle. It barely had any flavour. The workers are not friendly and unprofessional. I order the small pretzel bites, she grabbed the large cup. I politely said I wanted the small. She said it's only 60 cents more (despite the overhead sign saying $1.49. extra. I said no, she proceeded to say "60 cents, bigger size. AGAIN, I had to tell her no. To add cinnamon to the pretzel bites was also an extra $1.20. Absolute ripoff.I bought a bottle of water and it was a Generic President's Choice bottle of water for $3. What a joke, this place is deliberately acting so cheap as a store. And she initially refused to give me a new stamp card. I pointed it out on the counter, said nothing and gave me one. No fork given for the pretzel bites instead a toothpick!! How cheap this location operates is embarrassing. The old location was much better and likely held up to the company standards. Please head office, look into this!

These pretzels are OK but the other shop is much better. I've been a couple times now and while the pretzel is warm and soft, I found them to be very bland both times... like you definitely need a dipping sauce for it. Customer service was decent though and they're conveniently located right by an entrance.

It was OK but I had a better pretzel from the other place. This was a bit bland, the pretzel definitely could've used more salt. It was semi-warm which was a bit disappointing (I should have tried asking for a freshly made one) but customer service was fast and friendly and the place is conveniently located right by an entrance.
I'm not sure why anyone would get a pretzel here. Dry dense and flavorless. Walk over to Mrs Fields and get one that is delicious, I don't know if this is the one that used to be in the mall back in the early 2000s and '90s cuz that's what I was hoping for but yuck

I had to take a shower after being covered in butter from this pretzel. Got a parmigiana pretzel and I left a huge puddle on the floor as well as up my arm. All I could taste was butter!! Soggy and gross
