Ordered food yesterday and the delivery service they use is Uber eats. Long story short the driver couldn’t find our address (most have not heard of this cool thing called maps). Literally will take you to your location once you put the address in. The Uber eats driver returned our order to the restaurant but marked it as delivered. So imagine how annoying and frustrating that is to pay money for an order and be waiting an hour for it.My friend who ordered the food was dismissed my the employees when she ended up calling to see what was going on and they basically said not our problem and to call Uber eats. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the conversation was not going as I liked and no resolution was in sight. I basically was told that I need to call Uber eats and we would get refunded. Imagine you just spent your last $60 on food here and you now have no money for food because of this because refunds take 24-48 hours to process. I basically told the manager I wanted the food we had ordered and I wasn’t going to take no as an answer. He said we could order the food again and I told him I would not be spending another $60. The food was going in the garbage. The manager finally rectified the situation after I let him know what the ramifications were if he didn’t. He totally did me a solid and made the situation right. Please do not waste your time or money with Uber eats. They are terrible and the people who workThere can’t even get your orders to you or follow instructions.

Service with a smile always. Qdoba Hot Bar lunch is the most appreciated lunch I bring to my customers, and it is always a pleasure working with Qdoba. Food order is always ready for pick up in the pick up window time, and all the food, place settings, even serving utensils are included. Yummy lunch. (The app has made it easy to order too!)

The three People working didn’t understand me, I had to repeat same thing 2-3 times. They were talking while working in another language and not paying attention to work or customers.Had no fajitas and wanted fresh as they were basically out. The lady Argues with me. Find out they didn’t prepare any for the grill yet. All three of the workers were incompetent and rude. Put half a scoop of chicken. Which is suppose to be 4oz. Argued with me about getting fresh to tomatoes. There wasn’t even a scoop left lol. The entire experience at qdoba in winnipeg has been worse then any other state or Province I have had it in. They just acted like it was a normal thing to happen and went about there day. Didn’t offer a sorry or anything. Makes you loose your appetite.Manager brought me a small burrito cause they obviously lost a bunch when rolled.
