Overall, great food and service, it was a little pricey for what we ordered, but part of the deal of trying something

My wife and I came here for dinner, and were blown away by the flavours of each of the dishes we ordered... and we ordered a lot. The mussels came in a cream sauce that was absolutely incredible. The duck confit literally fell off the bone, no exaggeration. We are so looking forward to an opportunity to return.

You can experience a French restaurant where you can eat in a train car. The service is great and the environment is very atmospheric. In comparison, the food was average and the snails were quite big. The "foie gras" was full of smoky flavor, the only drawback being that it was actually duck gras, and the pickled beets in the main course were surprisingly delicious.

Excellent service, courtois et sympathique, rapide mais sans pression. Les escargots étaient excellents, le filet mignon savoureux. Le tout en français ??. Je recommande fortement.

My dinner mate had the mussels, they were extremely salty, so much that she added bread and a couple of my potatoes to ease her pallet. I had filet mignon which was cooked perfectly. Robert was a tad brusque but also doting, which is why it didn't bother me. He hovered in the background once in a while, professionally, so we wanted for nothing....once glance and smile and he was there in a shot, he also knew the menu and specials well. He made my dining experience better.

Early Valentines dinner with my hubby! We got the BBQ Chicken and had a mind blowing delicious experience! That dish was a solid 10! Our lips were smacking, our taste buds were in heaven!Service was great and prompt! The drinks were strong and great selection!I love the sharing of history of this restaurant. Although it may appear dated in style you can tell the place is well taken care of and sustaining its classic appearance. We can’t wait to go back!!Check out my other reviews! @dininginthepeg

What an absolute gem of a place from the great service, atmosphere/decor to the amazing food. I had the Filet Mignon and wife had the Beef BOURGUIGNON which were both outstanding. Plus the amazing escargot. Will be back.

Go back in time in the vintage train car and depot. The staff is very friendly. The food was good and the restaurant was packed! I had the filet with green peppercorns and roasted baby potatoes. The food was good and fresh. They even have gluten-free desserts!Parking: Lots of space and close to the door.

Went there for the first time and was a wonderful experience. Good selection on the menu and was made perfectly with great flavour. When it came time for dessert they brought a cart out to show what they had to help you decide. Will for sure go again. ?

We went there for my wife's 70 Birthday. Had been there years ago and was very impressed. This time service was not good at all food had issues. Probably will not go again. When we were there was not crowded at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Had wooden ramp for disabled.

Best part is the atmosphere! The food was a bit average and not as flavorful as my wife and I would like. The lemon tart was the best part, but don't put cheap honey ( flavored corn syrup) on it, threw off the flavor.Onion soup had barley no onions, and the wife did not like the sogy bread in the soup, was very mushy.Escargot was good ! Wife had it for the first time, added salt and was quite pleasant. The duck meat itself was flavorful with a nice orange hint, but the skin was slimy and fatty, maybe we prefer a crisp skin,And the Bourguignon was a little lack luster with the flavor, but the meat was very tender.Willing to give this restaurant another shot :)

Had dinner on a week night before Christmas. We were seated in the restaurant section. The calamari we started with was light and crispy with a flavourful orange ginger sauce on it. Very tasty. My main course of salmon was a good size though bland but I really enjoyed the creamy mashed potatoes and side vegetables which were mashed squash, red cabbage and asparagus spears. My mom's filet mingon was unfortunately very tough and chewy but she also enjoyed the sides. Service was not very attentive.
