This was absolutely the worst experience at any sals location I've ever been to , I was ignored for a good 10 mins standing at the cash register with a menu in my hand ready to order , 3 ppl said that I was there first and the lady taking payments said he is being helped by someone else which I was not , worst sals experience ever avoid at all costs if u value respect and customer service

Every single time you order, no cutlery, no napkins. Nothing. Do they expect people to just use their bare hands on scrambled eggs and hash browns?So I decided I'll call and remind them. Cutlery? Nope, of course not. Napkins? Guess they can't afford em? But I have the solution. JUST MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR EVERY FREAKING ORDER AND STOP BEING SO BLOODY CHEAP AND NOT GIVING IT OUT!!!How any restaurant manager is ever comfortable sending out orders without napkins or a way to actually eat the food is beyond me. I will never order again. The staff is too incompetent. When someone calls to specify because every time there is no cutlery and they still don't prepare......is just total idiocy.

I come here regularly specifically because the staff are excellent, the food is consistent and very good in both quality and portions, and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. The server we had this time is the same awesome guy I've had dozens of times before. The girl at the checkout was funny, friendly, and engaged us in more than idle chit chat.
