This location used to be good. Over the past year the pizza has gone down hill and worse every time we give them another try. Pizza is never as ordered with something always missing. Crust tastes like cardboard now and is thin crust one time, normal the next, and not sure what that cheese is they are using now. Quality is definitely down yet prices going up. $50 for a pizza I expect better. Highest price in the city. Won’t be ordering from here anymore when I can get far better from the pizza chain on the corner for half the price.

Santa Lucia should use Skip Delivery. With their delivery it took 1:55 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. It took 35 minutes longer than the top end of their delivery time estimate.

I just tried a different pizza place (I don’t want to bash them online but similar style place on Regent) and regretted it. Instead of leaving a bad review for them I will give props to Santa Lucia pizza. They are who I wished I went for instead.

Ordered four pizzas for pick up. Arrived on time and pizzas were just coming out of the oven. All four were excellent. Really impressed with the amount of toppings and honestly......the best pizza we've had in a long time. Thank you to all who were involved in making these pizzas on Dec. 30. Can't wait to order again!!!!! Sage Creek location is closer to home however, after reading the reviews, went with this location and definitely the right choice.
