They had all the basic Second Cup products and plenty of staff who are all very polite and trying to do their job but unfortunately they were struggling with second cup's POS (point of sale) system which wasn't functioning properly creating delays and frustrated customers. I really felt bad for the people working at this location for having to deal with this. Second Cup HQ needs to do something about that instead of endlessly lamenting their declining sales and dwindling locations...read full review

I always rate a coffee shop by their Lattes. No sugar added or flavor. Just the coffee. This coffee they use here is bitter and absolutely makes me dislike drinking coffee altogether. Whatever bean they're using , it sucks. Period.
