ordered a drink and got it back with mold? does nobody care about sanitary steps in washing ur machines? it reeks of mold and it isnt really the best place for butter chicken either its 10% meat and 90 percent sauce

I ordered 4 items from them and only one was tasty. The samosa chaat had no salt and tasted totally bland, literally tasteless. Both the thalis were so bad and i guess they served me stale food and it was smelling bad too coz after eating that i had bad stomach pain. Moreover the butter chicken thali had no chicken at all, it was just chicken gravy. You should serve ur guests with fresh food, otherwise don’t serve at all. I won’t order from here again. Bad Quality, Bad Quantity ?

Why is there even star as option for this place ?????? This is for the 1st time I am reviewing for bad service . I am 100% agree with all the negative comments.The most pathetic service, most stupid replies to their mistakes . They have cheated me on every order I have made . So I’ll make different comments for different orders I have made . And when they’ll read my comments I am sure they would think yes we have committed all those mistakes (only if they are true to their soul and are loyal) . They don’t have even cutlery and when I called them they said people specially call us and say don’t give us spoons whenever we order food online < are you serious > ???????

I ordered through uber eats biriyani and chicken hakka noddles. The taste is disgusting. Their biriyani totally on food colour. Using same kind of chicken on both dishes. Not even coocked well. Horrible taste . I wish I could add the pictures.

I usually avoid to review for bad service because I do understand some time restuarant is busy or any other things happen all around.However, in this case I won't. Order through uber eats for the first time in Winnipeg displayed 3 Puri with aloo sabzi and halwa what I received two Puri and just halwa and chole no aloo subzi highly disappointed and restaurant have no moral or ethical values.Never ever recommend to anyone.

Ordered Chicken biriyani and was the worst. First and last time going to this place. The food tasted bad and was sick just soon after starting to eat. Spoiled my entire family dinner as all of my family was sick eating with just choosing Shan-e- Punjab food. Certainly the food tasted like it was cooked few days ago. As the restaurant had the audacity to comment to check the google reviews prior to visiting their restaurant and ordering , this is a humble suggestion to take some time to review the taste of food that you serve. Please take some time to review and do take some food handlers course and learn about what you serve as we all believe that we deserve the quality of service that we pay for.
