Had a Philly cheesesteak dinner and the roast beef was stringy and no cheese on the sandwich was not impressed. Talked to the manager and had no follow up, when the check arrived there was no adjustment until we mentioned it to the manager and she discounted the food by 50%. This manager needs some customer service training and also needs to teach her staff on how to also deal with issues that arise with customers and quality of food

Wow. I was in winnipeg for 6 years and here for first time. The bar area ambience is nice, good food and fair price. Going here more often moving forward.Electric Ghostpepper wings - my fav from now on!!!!Recommended!

I had the Seniors' Menu. It was "healthy" eating: meat, steamed vegetables, and mashed potatoes and gravy. (Okay, it wasn't all healthy.) For dessert, there was a healthy (AKA small) serving of ice cream. The food was good, but I would normally order from the regular menu. I don't like steamed vegies.
That's exactly what I really need for lunch today. Healthy food and perfect service. Thanks!

Hi,I wanted to share my experience with the service that I had with Mellisa Duffault.I've known her since her when she was employed at the Fort Rich location,and for the last 2 days,it was awesome having her as me server a usual,very kind,hard working and friendly is the way I describe this lady.Always giving 110%,never have to worry her being in a bad mood or not getting your order on time with her friendly smile,always a pleasure when she's working.Thanks Mel,keep up the great work.Parking: Been going there for yrs,never a problem with parking.Kid-friendliness: Awesome!Wheelchair accessibility: Awesome!

We haven’t been to Smitty’s for many years so thought we would try it again because we were right beside it at the doctors office. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because the restaurant is actually very nice and well kept. We were totally disappointed and remember the reason why we never ate at Smitty’s anymore. It started when we walked in the two girls that were working on the restaurant side had so much tension between them in the air that you could cut it with a knife. The girl Mel that was the hostess was afraid to smile but only for certain customers we noticed. Anastasia did her best but she was left to work alone and pretty much all the tables were full on that side. Where was the manager?I ordered the spinach omelet and it was tasteless and they shouldn’t use frozen spinach. My husband had the big country and it was nothing to write home about.Spent $50, what a waste of money and last time we will be going to Smitty’s!
