Very interesting location, unmarked and easy to pass by. The food was absolutely delicious but pricey. Expect to spend $80+ per person for a full-tasting experience. We are from out of town and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Winnipeg. The bison tartare was our favourite thing we tried.

This was my first time at Sous Sol and everything was absolutely amazing! All the dishes were 10/10. Staff are friendly.The interior of this restaurant and the ambience was everything. This restaurant is cozy/intimate and perfect for a group of friends or date night.Highly recommend! I would suggest making sure you have a reservation booked in advance.

Just went for my birthday dinner and had the most incredible, friendly, and thoughtful service from Max! We got the Beef tartare, brussels sprouts, potatoes dauphinoise and the beef tenderloin, and everthing came out warm and we got fresh hot plates so all the food stayed warm!!Best dirty martini I’ve ever had and great wine selection, would absolutely recommend and I’ll definitely be back soon.
Everything is great, little less salt on the duck would be preferred.

Absolutely the BEST dining experience I've ever received! Our server Max was hilarious, very attentive and absolutely lovely to interact with. He really made my friend's birthday all the more special and made us all very comfortable.I adored all the decor; restaurant itself is stunning and really transports you to a different time. The food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal, especially considering it was my first time trying rare beef!Will be coming back!
