The Starbucks on Taylor has to be one of the worst run stores in the country. Quite often especially around holidays they are out of the themed gift cards. And then today I went to get the new Berry Lemonade Refresher and I was told that they were sold out!! How is it possible that you sell out of a drink that you had just started on a Tuesday at 4:00 in the afternoon!! I drove five minutes down to road to the one on Stafford/Corydon and got it there.

Today, my family and I decided to visit our local Starbucks on 1180 Taylor Avenue. It was our first visit since we moved to the area.As we entered the café, I noticed that the staff members (there were three staff members) glanced at us in a very judging way, and they did not even greet us. Despite there being only two other customers in the store, the three staff members did not seem interested in serving us.After we placed our order and sat down, we were disappointed to receive our drinks in paper cups instead of porcelain mugs, as we had planned to enjoy our coffee in the café. When I asked why we were given take-out cups, one of the staff members informed us that they were closing in ten minutes and that we should have specified that we wanted to drink our coffee in the café.Because of that, we felt pressured to "enjoy" our drinks out of paper cups. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied.When we finished our coffee, I approached one of the staff members, and asked how to file a complaint. She responded by questioning the need for a complaint and suggested that I file a complaint online and receive a free drink as compensation. I was appalled by her assumption that I wanted to file a complaint only to get a free drink.Overall, very disappointing and humiliating experience. Never coming back to that location, in fact, never going to any of the Starbucks cafes.

I came through the Drive thru yesterday. I spent around $18 and gave my points card to scan . Actually I am new to the app It was my first time scanning the app . When I checked They even did not scan my points card and gave back to me showing like they scanned it . I did not get even a single 1 Point its very crazy about the staff.

Food prices expensive & nothing to write home about but is okay. Restaurants are TOO dark. I don't regularly go to a Starbucks. Staff is nice. Service is TOO slow, which makes the line-ups long. It should not take sooooo long to make a coffee! It's not 'rocket science'!

My boyfriend and I came through the drive through and each got a drink. We come fairly often. I was using my Apple Pay and was told the payment didn’t work and the guy at the window asked if we had another payment option. My boyfriend paid on his card. When I came home and was looking at my banking account I saw I WAS charged on mine. I understand mistakes happen but we ended up paying double and that’s not cheap ya know. Very disappointing

I used to love coming for a treat here, once in a while. Today I had the worst experience ever!! I bought a Salted Caramel Cream cold Brew, and it had ants in it!! I called to advise I had found an ant in my drink, then when I dumped it out I found 5 more. I called back to advise this and the lady I spoke to seemed upset that I had called back. Don't think I'll be going back here ever!! This is so disgusting and disappointing!!!
