We got a sub ordered on Uber eats yesterday midnight 2/23/24 around 11:53:02 pmWere having it this morning when we realized the Turkey Rancher Sub had a medium-sized hair attached within the filling. My wife had just taken up a few bites before she saw this pulling out of the sub.This is clearly unacceptable and disgusting in the first place. I got no beef against the store, and I'm facing this issue having subway from pretty Long in Winnipeg. I don't know what to say here, not in a mood to come to the store and make an issue either, these things should not happen even though it's a mistake it should never happen. Market today comes with all equipment like hair nets to keep that hygiene.Just hope it's a lesson learned. Never should someone face this in the future.

if i could give no stars i would. when i mistake was made going through the drive thru, they said they gave us our food but they didn’t. we asked if they checked the footage and they didn’t so after they did we asked to see for ourselves and seen we were never given our food.after been proven wrong the manager was extremely rude, laughing, and saying it was just a mistake but wouldn’t apologize for making us wait over a hour and locking us outside. we asked for a refund on our food and she laughed again saying no, yet one of her employees gave us free drinks at the end due to what had happened.i go to this subway often and was wonders before but now ill never go back!manager is some older asian women. terrible location!!!!!

Asked for a double chocolate cookie they gave me a m&m. Poor English had a hard time communicating. Not able to use app in store. Both clerks were busy prepping online order subs when we got there had to wait a bit. But we were able to figure it out pretty fast. Delivery guy came in shortly after we got there. No one else was in the store when we drove up.

Super friendly staff. I love this location. The only issue I have with subway as a whole is that they doubled their premium for gluten free bread two an additional two dollars for each six inch sandwich.Dietary restrictions: Moderately caters to a gluten free diet with the bread, but there's no accounting for any of the processed meats or other sauces.

The 2 ladies working tonight September 28th 2023 11pm were absolutely amazing these are the employees that deserve the world, the place was jammed packed and the rocked the show! Best subs I've had yet to, so polite and fast, ill never go to another subway in the north side of winnipeg!

The worst experience I had today. I ordered through the app, and I asked for more than 5 sauces on my sandwich, and all of them to be extra. I also reminded them to put extra sauces when I was at the restaurant to pick up my order. When I came back home with the food, I opened the sandwiches and saw there was only 2 sauces and they were barely there. Also it was a chicken sandwich and couldn’t find chicken lol. Only 2-3 pieces of chicken in my footlong subway. I called them up raising the issue and they would just not accept they did something wrong. Completely disappointing. They didnt even toast and grill my sandwich which I clearly asked them to.

It was 88F tonight in the restaurant; they had to keep the door open which allowed flies to come in and sit on the food. As well, the slice cheese was sweating along with other sandwich options. A couple of days ago it was 83F. Using what is considered better for climate control (the 3 climate control machines being used instead of the air conditioning) is contributing to unsanitary conditions. I will be contacting the City of Winnipeg Health Dept. The conditions that the staff have to work in are extremely unhealthy as well.
