Employee dead faced told me there was no soup as I was looking at a steaming insert of it and the soda from the machine tastes moldy as if their lines haven't been cleaned in awhile.
Everytime I go here now the employees are miserable and prioritize skip the dishes or the people in line. Usually it’s only 1 person making the subs no matter how long the line is which makes the service even worse. There must be new owners because when it was just teenagers working here the service and food was great, but within I’d say the last 3 years it’s been awful

My daughter ran in to get a sub. The worker toasted it when she said no. Of course she's too nice to say anything. She got a footlong with no sauce on it but asked for it on the side instead since she takes half to school the next day and doesn't want it soggy.
