Always nice going to a place and having a chunk taken out of the bread since they seem to have a problem cutting it.Please learn how to handle gluten free bread properly so it doesn't fall apart and don't be offended if or when people ask you to repeat yourself. Speaking up would help.

The sandwich technician wasn’t very good, she did put the proper amount of toppings but the vegetables were old from the day before, lettuce was brown and cheese was hard, when it’s dark orange and looked bad, I had asked her to replace it twice, she did on the second time. She doesn’t realize this is one of 5 Subways in the area, I’ve commented on them all, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here unless you have to.

I was there today and ordered a foot-long sub. The woman there making my sub kept checking her smart watch I assume reading text messages. A little annoying because she’s got to take her glove off to touch her watch and then put a glove back on this happened three or four times.Also, the sub tasted terrible super dry no flavour I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but I will not be back

Workers making my food were not wearing hair nets, and I found a lovely little hair on my sandwich. The workers were also very quiet, but not as big of a deal.

Had an issue with my orders a few times also with the online app.Shift manager was rude to me and had lots of excuses zWill give another location a chance.Portage/,Moray location is on my no more list.But in general l like their sandwiches especially meatball sub.Vegetarian options: I luv meat!

Nice and new inside, always clean and organized. Subway's sandwiches have improved over the years with variety and sauces. They have wraps and rice bowls now. I do admit the staff I've seen here are not people friendly.

There food is good, the gujrati guy who work here is really nice and have good customer service. But went there one sunday, lights were off, the guy was mopping so we knocked and he opened, good enough. But today again lights were off, we could see two guys outside one of them on phone with the employee, he opened door for them and closed back again. Like the website says they open till 10 why they are turning off lights at 915. Gave three stars because of that gujrati guy otherwise not happy with them turning off lights literally 45 minutes before the open hours mentioned on website.

Disappointed that we were made to feel we were an inconvenience because we came at 8:30pm, he had already started his closing cleaning. Then at 845pm he said we couldn’t eat inside as they close at 9pm, we had 15 minutes to eat we could have done that. Then we checked the door and google and both said 10pm. Very bad customer service.

Went down to this subway today for my late lunch, the two girls working were very slow, inattentive and were complaining to each other the entire time going off about how "4:30 will never come" and "I'm going to die here". Not something you want to be listening to when having your order taken. Not only that, when asking for my sandwich to be Toasted, it was removed before done and upon opening my sandwich the entire thing was splayed out like a jigsaw puzzle. The one girl just smashed it together and rolled it in its packaging. I've never had a messier sandwich in my life. I had to physically rebuild the entire thing. Not something you want to do when paying 30$ for two people to eat.Will never visit this location again, and I seriously feel bad for anyone else these 2 girls have to serve while on their shifts. These girls do not deserve their jobs. It's clear they do not want to be there as they made it very known and clear to all the customers in the building.

I go and ask for one the featured, bunch of posters and advertisement for it as im walking up to the door,for a avocado steak sandwichtheres no avocadothey have 8 items on the menus , 4 different type or rice bowls or wraps, they and cant provide the full meali ask for some sort of balance of more meat or price reductionthe reply was just noget your inventory sorted out, or find means of compensationpaying full price for a half what the company advertises

Amazing service! The lady named arsh was very kind. I asked her she was working alone in morning but still she was managing everything efficiently.I recommend this place to eat you favorite sandwiches, a variety of choices.
