If anyone loves subway, they know that the best part of going to Subway is having that absolutely deliciously moist freshly baked subway cookie to finish the meal. I have been going to this subway for over a year and a half now because it is right beside my house. This subway makes the absolute WORST subway cookies in the history of all subways. I would rather drive 10 mins to the Taylor subway or the sterling Lyon instead of going to this subway. However, sometimes I’m lazy and very hungry, so I just go and get my sub and unfortunately just don’t get the subway cookie.I have said very kindly in the past that they overcook their cookies and perhaps they should mention the complaint to the owner. The response I got was “the owner made the cookies today” or “sorry, would you like a second cookie free?”.Tonight was the LAST straw!!Tonight I went into subway and after my sub was prepared very well, I wandered over to the cookies and I thought “the cookies looks different”, I had hope in my heart. The cookies looked lighter than usual, almost as if they were fresh. I even posted a picture on my Snapchat account and said “I wonder if the subway is faking me out.”Well guess what? THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY FAKING ME OUT!! Not only could I not bite into my subway cookie, I had to smash it on my tray to get a piece to break off. I have a video that I am going to try and share. Also as a side note, I love subway bread. It’s always so fresh and delicious but tonight it had clearly been sitting all day as the cheese was falling off of it. I would just like to finish by saying that all of the employees at this subway are beyond kind and very friendly. Food is okay around 5 pm there should be another worker. Cause some customer lady was taking a very long order being picky and I understand she's trying to be nice and feed her kids of ordering like 5 ßandwiches picky whats inside and buying dozen cookies... Needs atleast 2 workers
