Receptionist is rude and makes experience bad and type one doesn’t want to return because would not like to deal with him again . Ordered a sushi to eat in , no wasabi came in. Had to ask for it. Ordered a take out, clear instructions (sauce on the side), it wasn’t followed through and gave like a pinch of wasabi . Wanted to like the place as food wasn’t bad but service made experience bad. Wanted to order some other stuff on menu , receptionist seemed impatient, not able to explain the product and acting like I’m stupid for not knowing. Was making me sit in the dark corner of the restaurant when the entire restaurant was empty. Bunch of white folks came in later and he was offering them the same window seats and offering to take their coats. Maybe it’s good for them to learn Canada is not the place for such an attitude whether said or unsaid . I said i would like to sit by the window because it’s sunny and he had an attitude about it. Returning or tip? Not! There are lots of better sushi places in town. For 30 bucks? Naah!

Got my order. When I got home I was missing 3 orders. And called them. Sent them a picture. And waiting for a call back. And never did. Don't think I'll be order here anymore. As family had previous problems when ordering.

When making phone pick up order, when answering the phone they don't aren't very professional, not saying "sushi plus, how many I help you?" They just say "yeah go a head" also giving people the wrong time to pick up I was told 1/2 hour for pick up and I had to wait an hour. I use to order there all the time idk what happens, food is good though. Customer Service can be worked on.

When you complain about your croquette still being frozen inside and the employee touches it and says I'll just put it in the microwave and give it back to you, that is gross. It's a croquette, replace it. It's not going to hinder your food cost for 1 piece of croquette.Leave that ice machine exposed in for everyone to see the mold and dirt being built up in it.You deserve this review because of 1 croquette.

The food is decent-good. The service was probably the worst I have experienced honestly as it was pretty much nonexistent. There was no interaction. We had to get the servers attention to bring us water after we already ordered. The waiter was not around to check on us once we got our food and it was only until 20+ mins later once we were done our food that they came back to our table. At that point, we wanted to order a drink but the server told us that they are closing at 2, which we didn’t know, weren’t told about any last call. We asked what time it was and the server took my friends phone to turn it on and it was 2:03, it was odd that they felt they could use her phone without asking? And that they did not mention that they were closing especially since it was already past the closing time. They let us have a drink anyway but made it felt like it was an inconvenience. I don’t want to blame the server completely as they were young and alone, I imagine there is a lack of training and supervision but putting it here so people know what to expect. Probably better for a take-out situation.

It was a quiet time when I arrived and only one other table was occupied.Miso soup was served cold and had to ask to get it microwavd.Rolls are big but too much rice and very little fish.This place used to be more inexpensive and tasted better, but with the current price I can go somewhere else and find quality sushi.

I came here around 2:00 PM on a weekend. The food is absolutely terrible. I ordered a platter of gyoza, Japanese fried rice, takoyaki, california rolls and Japanese Veggie Ramen. For the price I was expecting at least decent food and in return I received below mediocre food. The sushi rice was mushy, the gyoza was burnt and hard, the serving for the Japanese fried rice was not a lot as well for the price and taste wise- it honestly tasted like the fried rice you can get from Buffet Square. The most edible was the ramen but it was not good but it was not bad which in retrospect is not a good feedback at all.I do see that there are numerous good reviews plastered here and maybe the crew on the day I came was not having the best day but for the price that is inexcusable. If I had known I wouldn't have come here and I strongly suggest other customers to find other places to dine in.

Not sure what the good reviews are for but my order was utterly disappointing! The takoyaki was gross and unappealing, the 2 rolls were sloppy and lacked flavor, nor did they taste fresh. It's as if whoever made my order didn't care. It was frankly the worst sushi I've ever had. I do not recommend.
