Multiple times at this location, they will not tell you they are out of hot sauce until after you pay. And even when you do ask for “a lot” of sauce, there is always less sauce packets than the tacos themselves.? The food is pretty good comparable to the other locations, but their service not as much.

If there was a zero star that’s what they deserve at this location. I mostly drive through but this time I had to go inside to order and turned out to be disgustingly strange l. The guy was holding the buns bare hands (no gloves) I asked him why he was holding my sandwich bare hands and told em he supposed to wear gloves. He replied “I’ve already sanitized” now is this really an excuse? God knows what he was doing with his bare hands before touching my sandwich. DISGUSTING!! I could’ve refused to take my food and get my money back, but I let it go for the sake of the New Year. Don’t go here

3 little packets of hot sauce for a crunch wrap and a burrito is not enough. I typically use 6 packs for a crunch wrap alone. Very disappointed. Not to mention they never have Fire sauce either.

I love Taco Bell but this is the only location I've seen that asks everyone to wait in the parking lot and it can take forever to get your food. When it's busy, makes sense. But when I'm the only one in the drive thru, why?? And when it's busy it's hard to find a place to park.I have found the employees to be nice and friendly, and my orders have always been correct but my biggest gripe is the parking and waiting. I only come here because they have Baja Blast, tbh ?

ordered food inside, wait 15 min for a couple tacos which were sitting in the warmer for 10+min while the workers do other orders even though mine was done for a long time just sitting there.

Why do I have to wait everytime that I come for drive thru? Mind you that this is during non-busy hours. I would understand if it was busy but if I’m the only car and I ordered 3 items I expect my food at the window. This has happened at least 4 times now. They also mess up your food. I’m finally going to stop coming here.

Every time I come here they always forget something from my order. They heavily skimp on the ingredients, it’s absurd! Did I really just pay $10 for this? They also take really long and ask me to wait in the parking lot even though the restaurant inside and the line was completely empty.

Disappointing experience, we won't be back to this location. We waited 30 minutes for our order, most of the items were cold. There was no apology for the amount of time our order took. We checked the bag before leaving and were missing one taco. Instead of apologizing the staff argued with me, saying they had given me the correct amount until they gave me the missing taco. Very poor customer service.
