I bet all the low reviews are just people with weak burger game.I had the smash burger with the works, fries, and onion rings. Nice crusty burger. Great flavor. Brioche bun, fresh toppings. O rings were crispy well seasoned and generous portions. Same with the fries, huge portion, well seasoned. Not crispy.Service was pretty good.If I had to look for any fault. I would say I asked for diet Coke and got diet Pepsi and they didn't ask me if diet pepsi is OK. It's never ok, but it's still courteous to ask. I didn't dock them any marks for this lapse in cultural protocol.If you like burgers like the rest of us, then give Dougies a try. I think you'll like it.“
“My first time, although a good friend dines here often and my wife has also been here several times. Service was good, once they realized we were seated (comped us the first round of drinks for having to wait). Tried basic salt and pepper wings, nothing wrong, but not quite as good as Earl's. Had their sirloin steak. I often don't order a sirloin because about half of them from any restaurant, Keg, Earls, here, anywhere, are not great cuts. This one was came out round. It was perfectly cooked, but about 1/3-1/2 was gristle. I would not order it again. My wife's meal was excellent and I would go back for sure, but I would try anything but the steak.“
“My husband and I came for supper. It was my first time being at Kozac but was pleasantly surprise on how attentive and kind the lady was. She gave us free samples, we left feeling full and satisfied from the Sampler and the borscht. Absolutely love the chebureki, so we bought some more to go, and the lovely lady gave us a couple more free ones. Such a beautiful and kind heart. Will definitely be back!“
