Great spot to have some Sri Lankan food with the original taste. Clean dining area and reasonable amount of seating available. Recommend the chicken Kottu and fried rice dishes. Definitely going back for Sri Lankan snacks and curry options next time.

Food was extremely flavorful, portions were very generous, both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with ordering #5 option on the menu, 2 veg options and a meat option, spicy chicken was fabulous, vegetables were delicious, not many places you can spend $40 and take home left overs, highly

The young man who provided service at 5:30pm on Jan. 17th is always so helpful and friendly. (These days especially, a friendly smile and great service is so appreciated!). The food is awesome! We go out of our way to to go to ATO SRI Lanka - we love it! We will be back again and again!!!

The dining experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional, with impeccable service and delectable dishes that exceeded my expectations. The staff at this establishment were not only attentive and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Their professionalism and warmth added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance. One downfall I found a BIG BLACK HAIR IN MY roti. Outside that it was great and I still would say 5 star the taste of the food made up for that.

Taste Of Srilanka has been a long standing establishment with excellent patronizing from South asian diaspora specifically from the south of India and those of Srilanka that miss that coconut and rice goodness while eating out where most of the places provide dishes that are centered heavily around north india. So this new location is a very welcome addition to a growing developing multicultural area full of already established affluent manitobans, growing affluent youngsters and more so affluent retirees from around the country. If you want to try some really coconut and sweet spicy tangy influenced dishes that are away from the regular potpourri of the same indian dishes that probably you can name now on your finger tips and the same spices, This place will be a really welcome change for you. They must be having a rotation of dishes that you can take as a combo. Their rice + 2 veg/2 meat/1 veg 1 meat combo platters are really good for 2 people and worth every penny you will spend - tip: add a roti/parotta on the side.Go on a weekend(as they told they do this on the weekend only) and if you can call ahead for this- I have been there three times and I want you whoever is reading to really try the dosa and sambar. Unfortunately everytime i have been , once on a weekend, i couldnt get it, so i cannot rate it. But the one at forks does it and its really good.Must try:Egg rolls/rolls - beef and chickenCurry bunsAny gravy and rotikuttu parotta(it will be something new ans the taste and texture is really good)dosa and sambar.Ps: I would like you to call in advance to be here just to make sure they have what you want to try.Pps(for owners): i would really like if you add some more dishes that we cannot find here, like polos(jackfruit curry) - egg hoppers and hoppers - black pork curry - crab and fish ambul. All the best to them. and you my reader go on try some goodness because you may just need that.Vegetarian options: they have good vegetarian options for people who are strictly veg and may be vegan as well.

The snacks i tried were pretty good the butter chicken roti. I went in to try their food and the staff who hosted me was so hospital and friendly. He was so happy to serve me, and he treated me like i was a guest in his house. He also served me a fresh chicken roll on his own. He said he’s an international student, i would like to tell the owner that he found a gem of an employee.

First time at this restaurant, did not know what to order. The person I dealt with was I believe the owner. He made me a recommendation. I ordered it. The food was great! He even gave me a couple samples of other foods on the menu! Very friendly service and definitely will be back.
