I'm very sorry to hear that you are closing your doors permanently due to the sale of the building. Many of us, who are Dutch (or Dutch ancestry), or simply appreciate the large array of Dutch products you have, will miss you and the ability to purchase these products. Thank you for the many years you have given us and wish you well.

great little bakery, everything was DEE-licious! Staff is friendly and the selection of European foods is really amazing. Can't wait to go back and try the restuarant!

These folks have had the best cakes for years! Their whipped cream cakes are moist and delicious and worth every penny! Be it a small occasion or a large one, these cakes will have your guests asking about them fore years!Their Bakery and product selection are always delicious and good! Their prices are reasonable for really great quality!I like them!

Places like this must be treasured and frequented as often as possible. Every time I come to Winnipeg (every 2-3yrs) I stop here and load up on all my Dutch and European goodies. Pls be open when I come back!

My mother worked there years ago when it was a real Dutch Store. It has really changed a lot and doesn’t have all the Dutch items they used to. Was very disappointed when I went last year cause most of the Dutch items I got all the time they have no more. Now I have to order my items from Ontario or BC. Hope they will get back to being a Dutch store.

Very disappointed since new owners took over. Am dutch and lots products always carried new owners did not know how to get in. Such as goat cheese sheep cheese and other cheese variety seem to concentrate on gouda only. Instant boorenkol Instant Hotspot. No speculas red pack different ones thinner drier not same. Restaurant had no dutch soups ie pea soup no bami or Nasi goring and not open long time now. Why do they have to change things some things are good as they are.

Love this shop. As with all bakeries I suggest an early visit for the best items. Imported dutch goods are a big draw.

Stopped in to check out some Dutch baked goods which I enjoyed. As well, finally found a place that sells halvah. Saw an assortment of meats, including blood sausage which I will be back to try. Restaurant hasn't reopened yet.

Cute store with a huge selection of foods from Europe.I did stop shopping here after buying milk and bacon multiple times and very time it would have the expiry date that very day or the next. Watch for the dates on the food.

We had a small group of people that came for Breakfast on Friday morning and we where the only people in the restaurant. There was one person doing the cooking, serving and and cash. We waited 20 minutes for coffe and 30 min for the food. Three people got the food first and the other two people got the food after the other three had finished there food. They should have more people working there. I will not be going back there for the restaurant.

Such a nice little store, they make the best double raisin bread. Also tried the chicken croquettes and they are very good. I love the variety of Dutch products, my go-to place for friet mayonnaise. Very nice staff as well, very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
