Awful customer service . The door was locked during opening hours and we had to call to get in and they only accepted cash instead of debit or credit . Very disappointed

Wish i could give this place zero stars. The crawfish shell was soft and rubbery- any one who has ever had seafood knows it should be hard. When brought to the attention of the server we were told it’s supposed to be like that. The “sausage” was rotten and stinked. Do not waste your money or time here.

Heads up to everyone trying to call after searching them on Google: They are closed at 9 and last call is at 8:30PM. I’ve called just past 8PM and they do not seem to answer their calls anymore. The automated message gives the wrong information as it states they are open until 9:30PM which is not true.Food was alright. Quality has definitely gone down since the time they’ve arrived in Winnipeg and when they used to be at the Pembina location. The sausages were rubbery and the crawfish tasted they just were thawed from frozen.Their new location is a lot smaller and being in the basement, definitely looks bland and pale. There is no character anymore and just looks like a plain old restaurant. Their old design was way better.

Got the king crab x 2. They only had the 1 sauce. The meat was stuck inside the legs and none of it came out in tact. Tasted freezer burnt and the shells were super rubbery, making it almost impossible to break. This new location they have is disgusting.

Pretty sad and disappointing how much the quality of food has decreased over the last few years. The seafood bag I got was 50% large potatoes. The fish and chips were soggy and unseasoned. I was excited to order bc it’s my bf’s first time trying a seafood boil but he was unimpressed. Guess I’ll have to wait till I visit the US to experience a good seafood boil… shame :/
I ordered off ubereats and the fish was dry as if it sat under a heatlamp or something even though it didnt take anymore than 20 mins for the food to arrive. I was also taken aback by the shrimp as it still had heads and legs which was not clear in the menu so we had to spend time de heading and also the shirmp seemed to be undercooked as well. Incredibly dissapointed.

You should sell the real seafood boils like they do in the states. You all need to check out tik tok seafood boils! We are missing this in Winnipeg big time! Nothing compares close to the American seafood boils.

Did a pickup order. The quality of the food was so bad. I ordered the snow crab legs, and when I tell you, I could barely eat it because of how mushy it was it tasted like it was just so full of water. There was barely any meat in it, and for some reason the shell was extremely soft like it felt like rubber like I couldn’t even eat it and the sauce tasted extremely water down. I’m so disappointed, I remember the old store being really good and the quality being super good but it just seems like ever since they moved to the new location The quality just went down south . never ordering again not worth the money.
