Always lovely experience here! Service teamis try to get you a wonderful visiting and it really good. Food size is big and the price is affordable. When you need a spaghetti to fill the life, this is a good idea. Also, great environment for dinner.Vegetarian options: There's many choices for either vegetarian and vegan. So good.

A very authentic Italian restaurant. Beautiful indoor seating. Big portions and good quality. They provide free ice cream and coffee with every meal you order. Good prices! Service was good too!However be aware they get late sometimes for the main course and be aware if you need to add extra sauce on your plate, they may charge you extra money like 3 or 4$ which is not fair.

I had an amazing meal at the old spaghetti factory! The only thing I liked more than my meal was my server Killian. He was really funny and just made my time at this restaurant enjoyable! Overall I say five stars!!!

We came in a group. Our 30+ dollar meal included soda, salad, meal, dessert and coffee. The soda and salad was great! The meal definitely was not. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce had no flavor, even after adding salt and pepper! As for the dessert and coffee.. we did not receive them before billing.Gratuity is usually given to reflect the service and food. They determined the tip and put it on the bill before the taxes were added.The only thing we enjoyed was the historic decor and our server was great!*update* As you can see below, they asked me to message them with the link they attached to their response. I did respond 6 days ago and still haven't heard from them. That definitely decreases the customer service and especially the rating.
