I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through . The service from the staff was poor, we ordered 4 Roasted hazelnut with espresso foam but they give us like cold water. Wastage of money .This visit left me quite unsatisfied.

The owners fault, understaffed.Waited 17 min in drive thru for a donut.Saturday night after 7 okOnly like 6 cars.Went to McDonalds earlier this afternoon around 4 pm off coffee. Maybe 3 minutes.This is a continuation of service experienced at this location.Will the owner do anything?Update, owner has replied. Now I have to go to a website, fill out a form. More of my time, I’m done.

We came here for the lunch, I ordered two chicken wraps firstly they gave me wrap that was cooked on uncleaned grill, when I went her to show the wrap she gave me unethical and disrespectful look though she replaced my order but customer service is too bad. Disappointed with the French Vanilla as well. Never coming back at this location.

We went in to eat and have coffee, it is a bit confusing. They have Wendy's and Timmy in the same place. One door to go in so you have to pass across the drive thru. 1st monitor is Wendy's 2nd is Tim's. Tables could be cleaned more often..

The worst line management of any Tim's in Winnipeg. You'll have no idea where to line up.Pay in cash and the staff can't make change, usually to your benefit. The food is fine. The store is clean and safe though
