Always a busy busy place, drive thru also very busy. Service is relatively quick in drive thru. Inside is a different story. One cashier at counter 90% of the time, even when walking customers are lined up to the door. It's like the management and senior staff are asleep somewhere else. Or in the back room counting all the cash their bringing in.

I give it a one because my order took 18 minutes to make even though the hall was empty. The staff here is very slow going around one after another and shifting their duties to others. There's no organization!!

I usually visit this Tim Hortons drive-thru for coffee or refreshments. While I have no complaints about the food quality, I have encountered issues with the staff's understanding of orders. Despite repeatedly requesting them not to cut the bagels, they consistently do so. Today, March 6, 2024, around 2:15 pm, I reiterated my request due to my sensitivity to food contamination from shared cutting tools. However, they ignored my request and proceeded as usual. I generally refrain from leaving reviews, but after experiencing this multiple times, I felt compelled to share my experience and post pictures illustrating the team members' disregard for customer orders. I am aware that other Tim Hortons outlets adhere to not cutting bagels, which makes this situation even more frustrating.

If you check the camera footage on Sunday around 9:30 you can view me waiting for the sandwich my son ordered. They entered the wrong sandwich so we got the wrong sandwich. I waited again for someone so I could correct the issue. After the dog and pony show got what we really ordered. Then I had to ask for my proper change. I am just curious is it incompetence or negligence. so i called the number to talk to someone about this i truly loved being on hold for over 25 minutes. good thing there is a robins across the bridge, as i wont be going there again. Oh I called that 1800 number I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to answer. Well if that's the way it is then Robin's across the bridge or 7/11 if it's closed

Normally I wouldn't make a review for a fast food place but the quality of the coffee's usually always great, one thing though, that I do want to know is what time do the doors open at, because I've gotten there at 5:30 a few times and they were open then 6:00 another time and they weren't then again once at 6:30.

I travel throughout the city for my work and I go to a lot of Tim's.Although this stop is ALWAYS busy, my coffee is always done right, my cheese croissant is ALWAYS fresh, my breakfast sandwiches are hot and fresh and the service at the window is pleasant, bordering on exceptional some days. People smile and request that I have a great day. I could not ask for more.This place meets expectations most times and exceeds depending on the staff. So thank you for delivering great service and I appreciate it.
