On Sunday, February 18, 2024 I went into a restaurant. My phone was broken and I needed help. I needed to replace the SIM card fin my phone. I asked for something sharp, like a paper clip. Three girls went to confer and then said that there was no paperclip. Then I asked for a name badge for a second. I just had to take out the SIM. Going to Tim Hortons is like visiting the cousin you can't stand, but you end up there because your mother said she needed to make a quick stop. And then an hour later you continue to suffer, with no apparent way to escape.There is nothing that I like about this place, and I have no idea why anyone goes here.

I wish they wouldn't change the menu on a continuous basis. I also don't appreciate when eating in to receive my order in takeout containers. Ordered a large chilli meal. Received a large chilli and bun? Seems to me the meal came with a coffee and doughnut? Rip off!
