The person who attended us was extremely rude having a bad behaviour with us. Not being patient and not giving us what we wanted. I am not happy, and the staff should receive a costumer service training before to start attending the customers. I am not coming back to this location with my family, for me is 0 stars.

I’m at this location frequently and they don’t know how to stir any hot drinks that have cream/sugar in it. Super annoying when going through the drive through

The manager here is awesome. Always courteous and friendly, very accomodating especially when you come in to pick up an online order and realize you selected evening pickup instead of morning...he keeps things moving! Very much appreciated.

The so called supervisor has zero clue about customer service. I have been coming to this Timhortens location 860 Waverly over a year my experience to was horrible just because I missed to order from drive through. I was ordered to go back to the line with very rude tone of voice by ungrateful employee.

It's a familiar stop for many, offering the convenience of a well-known coffee and snack spot with a few areas that could use attention. The staff, while generally friendly, could benefit from being more punctual and consistently polite. There have been instances where service seemed rushed, and a more customer-centric approach would enhance the overall experience. The quality of the items served can be a bit hit or miss. While Tim Hortons is known for its iconic offerings, there have been occasions where the preparation fell short of the expected standard. Consistency in delivering the perfect cup of coffee or a freshly baked treat would undoubtedly improve customer satisfaction. One notable aspect that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the tables. Unfortunately, not all tables are kept clean at all times, which can impact the overall dining experience. A more rigorous approach to maintaining cleanliness would contribute to a more inviting atmosphere.Despite these areas for improvement, Tim Hortons remains a convenient choice for a quick coffee or snack. With a bit more attention to detail in service, product quality, and cleanliness, it has the potential to elevate its standing and provide an even more enjoyable experience for customers.

They can never fill up my cup properly like I like it (only at this specific location) .If I want medium-sized coffee, I'll order medium-sized and not the large one .

This store has some of the most unpleasant and rude staff I have seen for awhile. Drive though is the worst.

No doubt one of the best Tims in the area, staff employees need some human resources "work"!! Many times the place is filthy, definitely needs work, otherwise ?

There was not enough staff to properly help customers with the level of standards companies like this beat into their employees. Also, my little ones loved the jam busters, but Timmy's doesn't wanna sell them anymore. With Timmy's being known for subpar employee standards, I can't see a value in a place whose coffee, products, and quality have gone downhill since the new corporate owners who don't care about the company and are just useless people.I get better coffee from a 711 machine. It has nothing to do with staff it's management and owners. Maybe they can give their heads a shake and create establishments that don't feel like Robin's donuts as they disappeared.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best accessibility setup. But that's common in winnipeg businesses.

Typical Tim Hortons. Good coffee. Efficient service. Cashier could have been friendlier though.
