Drive thru staff in the morning act like I have 8 hands. I can't scan my rewards card from my phone, tap my card, take a coffee from your hands and grab the 3 bags of food I ordered all in 2 seconds. They have it hanging out the window shaking it at me like I'm too slow. I'm afraid the next thing they are going to start doing is throwing it into my car for me. Calm down.
If going through Drive-through CHECK your order before driving away. My egg and sausage wrap didn’t have any sausage and my black coffee was hot chocolate - yech!! The food was cold and the service was slow. Typical Tim Horton’s atmosphere- nothing special.

There is usually a TON of staff from one end to the other, there's so much that when stuck Waiting in line inside with one person taking orders, and another 5min wait for that, servers next customer, then another 5min wait.
