My friend is normally a jolly guy, but look at this picture. It was taken directly after he waited 15 minutes for a simple grilled cheese, just to be handed an abomination of bread and uncooked cheese slices. I mean it wasn’t even warm to the touch. Other members of our group were missing food items and overall the quality of this location was far below subpar. 2 stars because it’s a gas station tims so I kind of get it

You kids are the laziest workers ever, you can't even double toast a bagel, and as soon as the manager(who's amazing) is gone you go right because to your rip off lazy ways! You don't deserve a franchise license!

Had the Turkey bacon club and I can't figure out why they would get rid of the old honey mustard sauce, someone needs to go to prison for that choice. Also had the "chicken" burger thing , had 1 bite and threw it out. I don't know where they're sourcing their chickens from but it does not look edible .

Am a truck driver, use to travel around Canada for work, this mean, ofcourse I visit different Tim Hortons around Canada. But, unfortunately, this is the most bad experience I had in my life with this Tim Hortons. I asked for a cup of water, and staff asked me to pay 20cents of water. I’ve never experienced this sort of money making technique before @Tim Hortons, for a cup of water at any of tim hortons around Canada. Not only this, while I was sitting and having my food I ordered at tim, the staff didn’t noticed either I walked out or having my food inside, they started talking about incident and were making fun of me. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customer.

Cashier is rude . Restroom out of available always. No
Indian girl at the cashier was the one who took my order was rude. I ordered "steep tea triple triple xl" she asked me if black i said triple triple and she told me "'no u didnt" like what kind of customer service? Should retrain these kind people. She was wearing a headset also and looks like she wasnt focused on taking my order. I also wanted to order belt bagel without egg but charging me regular lunch blt sandwich. She can't communicate well and has a bad attitude, you can also tell by her eyes and she looks like she doesnt wanna work there at all specially at customer service! I go to this tim hortons everyday for 2x or more a day and the rest of the staff are good other than her. Newly trained and hired staffs are also nicer.

Staff completely ignore you if you choose to walk in as their attention is 100% on the drive thru. Stood there for 5mins before anyone would even acknowledge my presence.

My order was wrong again. In the afternoon the food is not very fresh, I ordered a wrap and the chicken was dry and tough.

The laziest most useless tim Hortons in Winnipeg , so much butter on a BLT it's practically inedible , stunned individuals working at this location and the manager can be seen sitting on her phone in the back as her employees barely get the correct orders out to waiting customers. Pathetic !
