My wife and I went here for a quick dinner. It wasn't busy despite many cars being in the parking lot. We walked in, They asked if we wanted dining room or lounge. We said dining room. They then proceeded to walk us all the way around the dining room, only to say we can seat you in the lounge. There was a ton of open tables and apparently her reasoning was she didn't want to seat us right next to another table full of people, which was odd because in the lounge they sat us next to a large table of eight women having a lively conversation about affirmative action. Apparently they didn't agree with it. The service was very good. They took our drink and food order promptly and our food was out in no time at all. I ordered the $54 special which turned out to be two miniature steak medallions that were a quarter gristle and an off color lobster tail. The lobster tail tasted awful. Hopefully I don't get sick. They did refund $25 off the bill for the lobster tail but their excuse was that some of their lobster tails just looked that way, but I've never tasted a lobster tail like that. My wife enjoyed her meal although one medallion was cooked right, the other one wasn't. I also had an old fashioned which basically tasted like water. My wife loved the baked potato soup. I got the salad which was just lettuce and cherry tomatoes with a couple rings of red onion. So to sum up the service was great from our waitress but lacking in quality of the food and drink.

They could never cook a medium rare steak, never! Also making customers wait an hour for the meal because the focus is on skip the dishes orders really frustrated me. Half the restaurant is empty and the server says we're backed up, not with customers orders it's skip!!! Never again, this restaurant wasn't what it was before and we enjoyed and frequented the restaurant a lot this was the last time.

Today just wasn’t their best. The riblets were tough and not very good. The wings were great, but that was about it. Not super impressed this time around, as I hold them to the highest standard for pub food in the city. Bud light was close to flat, and fries tasted old. For a large group they just missed the mark.

It used to be a nice place, but now it is totally disappointing. The quality of the food was very low and the portions small. They added to our bill 18% "service fee" because we were 8 persons ( the 8th was my 3 years old kid). When we asked if this is written somewhere, they showed us the smallest possible letters at the bottom of a page somewhere in the menu. Unfortunatelly their strategy with customers changed from making us go again, to take from us as much as they can with near fraud tacticts and never go back again. Congratulations, you have achieved that, we or every friend who will ask us will never go to this place. I wish there were negative stars to give them.

Went Saturday evening with a group of friends, total of 8, at the Pembina location. Food was less than expected. Onion rings worst than what I'd make at home, thin and saggy. Service was not good. The lady (turned out to be the manager later) who took the drinks order, never asked me what I wanted to drink, I had to tell the server when he brought the drinks to the rest of the group. A friend asked to change the wings flavor and even though they said there was not a problem, they brought the initial one. At the end we noticed on the receipts that they had charged a "gratitute" of 18%!!!. When we asked why they charge a tip in advance they said it's for every reservation of 8 people and over and they should have mentioned it on the phone. Noone mentioned anything about it when booking. That's so inappropriate, to force someone to pay a tip without giving them the chance to decide. Especially when the service is not good. Overated for what they offer. Sorry, my last time there....next...
Food was great, although noticeably the menu options are less than I remember from my last visit. We were seated in a pretty empty dining room, in a booth that was by the window, a bit drafty and chilly...we didnt want to be a bother and ask for a different table but wondered why we might not have been asked what our preferences were given the emptiness? Not a major point...otherwise was a good experience.

We came here for Valentine’s Day and the food was very good, a little bland but it was extremely tender and the server checked on us a lot… almost too much. But it was an overall good experience. The best item was our entree, a unique take on potato skins.
