Burger joints are few and far between that can satisfy the Burgermeister. Whenever in Winnipeg I stop by Vicky's diner for her favorite burger, "Vicky's favorite", a double cheeseburger with bacon cooked and prepared to order. Even though I could not eat in due to the current flu scare, the burger was hot and juicy even after my walk back to the hotel. I am a regular at Vicky's and have tried most of the items on the menu and love them all! Vicky seems to know exactly what I want in a burger. Her poutine is great cause the fries are awesome. I usually get an egg burger and its the best I've eaten in a long time! Good food, good portion sizes and great service.
Hands down the best burger in the city! Homemade fresh patties, perfect seasoning, fresh topics, bacon, cheese and happiness! And the onion ring poutine is as good as it sounds!Greek salad shown here as I went two days in a row.
