I’ve tried this place out for lunch twice in the last two months. I understand they are recent new owners. I’d really like them to succeed as they seem genuinely nice but I’ve been disappointed and likely not to return. They don’t even use the pizza oven to cook the pizza anymore, even though it’s on. The pizza gets taken to the back to go on a rolling oven rack. The last time I went the woman had been doing office work at the customer tables prior to me coming in and didn’t wash her hands before starting my pizza (but wore gloves, so ok, I guess…), but when I went to the bathroom I was appalled at how dirty it was. I almost wanted to walk out and say no thanks to the pizza anymore because if that’s how the bathroom is maintained I have concerns about the whole place. I’ve always craved the cheeseburger pizza that’s specific to this location but they make it differently now. Overall disappointed.

The pizza oven wasn't even being used on Oct 16, 2023 when I attended and was cooked on a conveyor. It was so over cooked you could barely taste the ingredients and the service was terribly slow with what appeared to be an owner sitting opening packages as opposed to helping. When I arrived I had to flag down someone sitting in the back just to get service. I'll never return.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Za Pizza Bistro, thanks to the exceptional staff and manager. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were more than happy to help me customize my pizza to perfection.I'll definitely be returning to Za Pizza Bistro and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious pizza. Pizza arrived and placed on the front step as requested. However salad was not in a bag and was placed on top of hot pizza box. Salad was warm and wilted.Pizza was lack lustre. Skimpy toppings, tough crust and over all the toppings had a slimy texture. Will never order again or recommend.

This place has gone down hill. Was previously very reliable for good quality (for the price) pizza. Inside the restaurant was very dirty. Drink machine is broken. They don't serve beer anymore (not that this was a big seller). It was very quiet and somehow they managed to burn a cheese pizza as they cooked it for the same amount of time as one with a lot of toppings. Too bad but I won't be going here again.
One of the best pizzas. Unlimited toppings and reasonable price is icing on the cake. Well cooked. I had a couple of slice later and still had the same freshness after heating up a little. I definitely recommend this place.

It’s terrible pizza. The crust tastes like cardboard, cheap on the toppings, very overpriced. Better pizza as a frozen pizza. Will never order from there again.

We placed an online order on the Za Pizza website at 10.00am for a 12.30 pick up the same day. Order was processed, money was taken - nothing unusual. When we arrived to pick up pizza - no one knew anything. A dumbfound looked graced the single employee’s face. She said the printer didn’t work plus Za Pizza doesn’t “really” take online orders. In the restaurant, only one worker could be seen plus 2 tables of customers. Another couple came in after us but left due to zero service. The one employee made the pizzas although items shown on the menu when ordering where no longer available. So revisions needed to be made, and no alterations to the bill were made. After the ½ hour wait we finally got 3 pizzas. We were given a single can of grape pop that no one wants as a “sorry for the inconvenience”. I would say they are not "open" for lunch.

Very dangerous driving. Pulled out in front of us while we were pulling a trailer from Red Sun on to number 6 hwy this evening. When my husband had to go around him to avoid hitting him, he pulled up beside us rolledDown the window started yelling, gesturing and threw something at our truck before speeding off. Extremely dangerous, disgusting behaviour.

I do not recommend or revisit this restaurant for the following reason.I was once there with my 7 years old son waiting in line for 15 minutes and watching other people get ahead and not a single employee offered any assistance, moreover the pizza is not worth the money because of its size and quality.
