I went over three weeks ago on a Sunday morning. I went inside because I had a special request which was no cheese ( very simple, but anything outside of what's on the menu has been hard) I watched at least five customers come and go. The manager was just standing there watching, the coffee wasn't available, the tea, nor soda. The only drinks available was OJ. I finally asked the worker who took my order why I was still waiting, whom inquired to the workers cooking, she stated it was ready, but made with no egg, not no cheese. I requested my money back from the manger who appeared annoyed. It's been three weeks, no refund, I've called the store several times, only to have the phone ring until the voice-mail comes on... and that's full.The Corporate office doesn't want to speak with you, you can leave an email. I left an email last week, still waiting for a response.

ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP. DRIVER SAID ORDER WAS DELIVERED AND FOOD ABSOLUTELY DID NOT ARRIVE!!!! THEN BURGER KING SUPPORT SAYS THEY WILL REACH OUT IN 48 HOURS?!!!!! ARE YoU KIDDING MEEEEEE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Then the restaurant doesn't bother to answer the phone when door dash tried calling to correct the issue!!!!! WORST EVER

This establishment was clean, the service was excellent and three management had the area running smoothly. The drive through had a long line however, everyone including those who walked in were served in a timely manner. Kudos to the management for their expertise in serving both lines with equal speed of service.
