This place is completely clueless when it comes to customer service. I came to this location on 10/27/23 early in the morning for a quick coffee and donuts before work. The drive thru line wasn’t long but I decided to go inside since there was only one other person in there. Should be in and out pretty quick right? WRONG! I go in, I’m not greeted (which is the first thing in business, always greet your customers but no big deal) I stand at the checkout line waiting to order for a few minutes, and employees are just walking by. Finally someone comes over and asks, “are you looking for something?” since I was also standing next to the mobile order pickup and I say, “I’m waiting to order”. Instead of alerting whoever is manning the checkout line, she just says, “oh ok” and continues doing what she was doing. I stand there for another few minutes and still all 10 people behind the counter fail to acknowledge there’s a customer waiting to order. So I just walk out after 5 minutes of standing and waiting for help. I understand it gets busy but if you can’t manage all of 10 orders at 7am then I can’t imagine going to this place during lunch. If you’re going to run a business don’t hire a bunch of clueless employees to lazy to step in and help.
