Came to Dunkin April 10th at 6:30 am on the way home to New Jersey. They're was one employee there- Erica! She was great. She handled all the food prep, beverage service and donut requests by herself. She was waiting on 3 customers before me and 9 after me. After she took my food order, I told her she was doing such a great job. She smiled and said, "I'm trying. " She was already overwhelmed so I got something to drink at the food Cafe next to Dunkin. The clerk there said Erica was the most reliable employee there. I felt bad that she was working alone, so I asked the other customers to tell her she was doing a good job and to encourage her.I hope you know and appreciate what a wonderful employee you have in Erica. You world benefit from promoting her and giving her the opportunity for a rewarding career at Dunkin.Stacie Johnson

02/24/2024- We stopped at Maryland House Service Plaza on our way to a concert/condey show! Great food court area, great foods, great beverages, great little in-house stores and mini boutique small businesses! Super clean restrooms! Nice vendors! People from all nationalities and walks of life! Different cultures! We purchased 1 coffee iced regular , 3 donuts, 1 pumpkin hot latte!!! Yum! Bon appetite snack to go on the road!! I really like this test stop! Great for all travelers! Rest stops are important when driving and travelling! Dunkin’ Donuts is one of our favorites!!!

At 9:20am today, I ordered a toasted bagel and croissant, then waited..and waited. Eventually I asked politely about my order but was dismissed by the manager! I ended up getting a refund …25 minutes later!The service & attitude is the worst! I normally enjoy DD, but not here. Avoid!

The workers were very rude. Yelled at my friend and I when we tried ordering from the kiosk saying that we could not order from them even though there was no sign saying they were out of service etc. The food tasted horrible and was undercooked. Bagels barely were toasted. And to top it off, my DOG, friend, and I, all got food poisoning from our food there. I gave a little bit to my dog and the three of us were throwing up and having liquid come out both ends during our road trip!

Hash Browns burnt, donuts dry, they stuffed our 6 donuts into a munchkin box crushing them. Quite seriously the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I like Dunkin and frequently get food from them, but I would never in a million years recommend this location to anyone.
