It's just okay. The server was incredibly polite and surprised me with his manners. I have not been addressed with sir and please and thank you from servers in a very long time. I'm proud of this young man. He seemed to be late teens or early 20's.

We came in with 20 people including many children. Usually at IHOP this is not a big deal. Call ahead! There was not a single guest there when we arrived around 7 pm. There were some unbussed tables indicating guests had been there. There was a server and a cook on duty as near as I can figure. They did exceptionally well considering that fact, like all but one got their meal. But dinner took over an hour to arrive and basically it was the worst idea ever to go here. On the other hand, if no guests come in, it's hard to justify staffing too many people. Vicious cycle.
