The drive thru employee is rude (white heavy set guy who was drinking or eating something while taking orders). We were told a 30 min wait for family meals at 820pm. Then told we could get tenders, as that's what they had. We opted for tenders to avoid the wait, and then AFTER we paid, was told we had to pull over to wait. We waited a little over 15 mins before I got out of the car, walked up to the window, to ask how much longer the wait would be. The employee in the window was rude. Should've told us there was a wait for everything. First time here, never coming back.

Went to KFC tonight to get an individual side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. Took a bite of my mashed potatoes and felt a huge clump, so I shined my flashlight on it because it was nighttime and I seen a black speck, so I picked it out and put it on my hand and there was a small bug with wings, looked like a fly in my food. Called the store, they’re saying that they can’t refund me only give me credit if i bring them back two days from now when I’m able to come bc i work before they even open. Absolutely disgusting for them to think it’s OK to serve people food with bugs in it. I had an issue here months ago they gave me uncooked chicken. This place is gross and the service is terrible. And the manager hung up the phone on me. Ridiculous.

I'm a baby boomer and loved KFC but recently I had a craving for the original recipe style.I literally waited and ignored for 15 minutes.Got my meal and was very disappointed with the original recipe. It was so salty I couldnt appreciate or notice the other herbs and spicesThe eating section was dirty and just a mess.It was a nightmare experience.I know corporate management doesn't care about America and they know demand for their products is growing in Asia but why should we get the short end of the stick. There is a generation that still lovesxKFC. Don't ignore them!88

I think $41 for eight pieces of chicken, a couple biscuits and a couple of sides is outrageous. Gonna be quite a long time before I go back. If ever. Please bring back Roy Rogers restaurants with the do it yourself fixens bar¡!¡!¡!

15 minutes? Really? Guess it was cooked fresh. The chicken tenders were excellent but the fries weren’t fresh cooked to match. Biscuit squished. No wonder their business is declining.

I warned my mom that the food was bad each time I attempted to order from this KFC. She insisted that I just request hot fresh food. So I did. I ordered the 4 piece chicken 2 sides for us to share. The chicken was refried in old grease the mash potatoes looked like they were sitting out all day or from the day before the gravy was super salty which is indication that it was old and the biscuits were hard as a rock. My mom and I attempted to complain to the manager the next day with proof of purchase and she said we had to physically bring the food back in or speak to her General Manager when he or she is there next week! My thoughts are the Customer Service was worse than the disgusting food. Never Again
