I absolutely love La Tolteca, so it hurts to have to vent my frustration here but... We are a trucker family and there is a small truck parking lot behind the hotel next door. That hotel, the Comfort Inn and Suites, is not a good business neighbor to La Tolteca patrons. We spent $50 at the hotel's restaurant, $70 at La Tolteca, $90 at ShopRite and $129 at Patient First, all possible because we had truck parking. So when the hotel manager demanded we leave because we weren't hotel guests, then sent the cops to trespass us, yeah, that seems pretty darned inhospitable for the area's capacity for tourism. Oh, right, we are "truckers." But FOOD DRINKS FUN AT LA TOLTECA ARE EXCELLENT!!!!!!

I ordered roast beef today half an hour later my vomiting started, my stomach is bad and I have a headache I have food poisoning something is wrong with the food I'm having a terrible time I hope to improve in the next 24 hours

Are at this place and had a decent meal. Next day my family woke up with extreme food poisoning!!!!!!! Do not eat here I called to let them know there may be an issue with certain food items from the two people who got sick as they had the same thing. They did not seem to care!!!! Do not recommend to anyone and definitely wouldn’t take the risk of getting sick again!

Always love La Tolteca! Typical Mexican food, very good. Endless chips and sauce. Fresh guacamole made at our table was delicious! Chicken quesadilla has way too much chicken and no cheese or anything else in it. Great fried ice cream!
I got extremely bad food poisoning from the carne asada taco plate my fourth or fifth time eating here. They never responded to my email informing them that it happened. Food and service was always decent other than that. Unfortunate. Will not return.

It's was national margarita Day and we were far from home! The made excellent margaritas and the food was awesome and very very reasonable priced I would highly recommend !
