I definitely recommend that you all try this place! My favorite thing on the menu is the shrimp summer rolls with the peanut sauce. The sauce is perfect with the rolls. I also enjoy the pho, especially when it’s freezing outside Lol.I seem to be serviced by the same two girls, they are also sweet and amazing!We needed this in Aberdeen, thank you Miss Saigon Pho and Boba.

The food was really good! I had the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy beef noodle soup), and a couple ok Korean corn dogs to go (combo with potato & ramen). The broth was flavorful, and I had plentiful noodles. Sometimes, I feel you don't get enough noodles at some Pho restaurants, but this was not one of them. I enjoyed the potato combo corn dog. I would definitely come back, and recommend to others.

Today I met my husband here for lunch- it was my first time here, but my husband comes here regularly on his lunch breaks, and I can see why. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable with plenty of spaced out seating. I appreciated the details like the coordinating orange accent paint/spoons/plates. The service was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell the owners really take the time to know their regulars, and that they are passionate about what they do. The food is excellent. My husband can attest to the pho, and I to the spring rolls and summer rolls. But hands down, the best part for me was the Vietnamese coffee. That is what I'm always most critical of at pho places- and this place nailed it. The coffee was strong and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. I drank one while we ate there and got one to take with me for later! Definitely check this place out. It's only 5-10 minutes from APG, so great for lunch breaks with coworkers.

Been here twice now, once for eat in and once for take out. I've had the fried pork rolls (good), pork bahn mi (fabulous) and the brisket pho (fabulous). Drinks are a little pricy, but well worth it. I've tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and the brown sugar boba tea. Definitely worth coming to Miss Saigon. A fabulous addition to Harford County

This is a relatively new pho spot in aberdeen. The next closest pho locations are either up north at Mr Pho , or south at Pho 7. They also serve boba tea and korean hotdogs here, along with the usual vietnamese fare. Tried the bun bo hue here. At $18.99, i got a smaller bowl with mostly noodles and barely any meat. The broth itself was authentic, the bun was cooked well and the cha lua and beef was good, but its pretty pricey compared to other locations if you're familiar with how much you normally get at a pho place. Service was friendly here upfront, but this is a order at the counter and they'll bring your food to the table type of place, instead of traditional servers.

The pho here is pretty good! Even the smaller size can fill ya up. Great if you're sick and you'll get all that lovely collagen and warmth I was really craving a nice crunchy bahn mi though and was thrilled to find that on the menu. The fried chicken was a big hit at the table as an appetizer. No complaints about the spring rolls either. :) We also had a strawberry drink (was it boba? I think so) and a Vietnamese coffee - both great. The only thing I'd like to see improve was the service. Just a little. We always had to go up because even if it has been a while, nobody came to check up on us or give us the bill. But I think maybe it was just a restaurant like that? Maybe we misunderstood? But they did come up once so I am confused by that. They were very nice at the counter though! Maybe it will be different on my next visit, and they were busier in the back. The seating area was open but felt a little empty somehow. It was reasonably comfortable and I liked the sunlight. But a bit quiet. I think what it needed was just some light music. But seriously, Harford County needs this place though, and the food was all good. So I am 100% coming back. I'd recommend it. Wish I'd taken pics instead of inhaling my food as quickly as possible.
This is my first experience with traditional pho. I ordered two small orders of pho, 2 orders of rolls and a pork banh mi to go. When I got home and unboxed everything, I realized I didn't have the banh mi. I called and got a refund for the missing sandwich. I was sad because I really wanted to try it. The portions for the pho were incredible for a small order. The rolls tasted great. I didn't care much for the sauces. I was the only one in the house that kept eating my food. My sons and wife didn't prefer their choices. I will probably come back after I have tried other establishments offering pho to gain comparisons. I wasn't disappointed other than not being able to try the banh mi.

They’ve been out of the Korean corndog since they’ve open. Feel like their business will be better if they brought them back. The Boba pearl is not sweet It just feels like I’m chewing on gelatin. I recommend sweeten them up a little bit to make them actually honey Boba.
